We got a nice big and modern family room with a big bathroom. The bed and the sofa were comfortable. The receptionists were really friendly. As we felt a bit cold in the room, the stuff was helpful and gave us blankets for the night, as the heating was already off in late April. There is also a free garage which is convenient if you arrive with a car. There is a lot of choice for breakfast, maybe some vegetables could be added. Otherwise I can just recommend this hotel.

Location is in a rather quiet area, a convenient 30 minutes by car away from Modena centre. There is ample parking and a supermarket just next to hotel. Room is comfortable, and a very good breakfast is served.

Whilst room is quite large, the enormous bed (size of 3 single beds next to each other) takes up most of the room and does not leave any space to move around, nor space to open luggage.

Spacious room with a nice balcony and a fairly good location. And the breakfast was really good, they even offered a honeycomb.

The balcony gutters were dripping in the balcony making it unable for use. The blanket was in a plastic bag and when I took it for use it was really smelly.

The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom too. Beds are big too. Had a cute little balcony. Fridge in room very handy. Breakfast was good. Had a great selection of sweet food.

Nothing much. If I had to find something, I'd say maybe to have more savoury food for breakfast.

great location when traveling through italy - not too far from highway. Countryside, cheap restaurants near by the hotel. Very friendly check in. easy check in and check out. excellent breakfast buffet, very freindly and helpful house keeping staff. children friendly hotel. We liked the free table football in the hotel lobby to play for free.

Great place, nice staff, fantastic huge bed, good breakfast and really dog friendly.

Only issue is that the room was BOILING, it was impossible to turn off the heating and, even if it was in the middle of winter, we had to sleep with the window open.

Clean quality accommodation, outside the center but still very accessible from the main road and the highway. Plenty of parking space at the hotel, public parking, yet safe. A supermarket is right next to the hotel.

The fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off, it hums all night, the air conditioner in the room is very noisy

The bedroom and bathroom were large, very clean. The single beds are bigger than other places which is a big plus. Nice restaurants around and the breakfast is amazing. So funny, they have a pancake machine. I loved it. A really large choice of food for breakfast.

The smell in the room could have been better

decent accommodation close to Modena where we wanted to visit Ferrari museum. Good place and hotel for staying overnight, helpful staff. Surprisingly good breakfast.
