The staff and accommodations exceeded my expectations. The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were even better. Breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day!! The staff went out of their way to make our big group happy. I cannot say enough good things about Giuseppe and his staff. They were professional and always accommodating. I look forward to visiting them again and sending my clients there.

For breakfast there was a variety of food to choose from a lot of fruits. Excellent wait staff. The location is excellent, walking distance from the beach, train station, shopping, restaurants and tourist sites. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and also made reservations if requested. The front desk staff also spoke English well.

The hotel was nice and clean, the bed sheets and towels were nicely laid and ironed. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and the rooms were cleaned and refreshed every day during our stay. Continental breakfast was served in the morning including a variety of fresh fruit and juices in addition to multiple cakes and pastries. The owner and staff of the hotel were very helpful and polite, we mostly communicated with Paolo who was able to communicate with us in English. The other staff who spoke Italian were also helpful in making us feel comfortable. We loved our stay in this hotel and would definitely book it again for our next visit!

It would be good to have a kettle in the rooms for tea and coffee but hot drinks were also available in the reception for a small charge.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. We stayed here at the start of the Kalabria Coast to Coast walk and the hotel were happy for us to leave our car for 3 nights in their secure car park whilst we did the 3 day hike. We also left some luggage. Hotel very centrally located and very close to start of the walk. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Giuseppe, the concierge was fantastic with all his recommendations help support. He went above and beyond to meet all our needs and requirements. Breakfast every morning in the dining room was excellent.

The location of the hotel was close to the main shopping and restaurant area, a walk to the beaches. The breakfast was amazing, so plentiful and the staff were always very helpful. There is parking available for the hotel.

There wasn't really anything I did not like

Keeping in mind the price of the rooms, the three star hotel, all facilities and services were in line with the cost. Good breakfast, staff super kind. Parking lot very convenient.

I do not have specific complains.

The location of the hotel is very central to OLD Town SOVERATO close to all Restaurants, Beaches, Super Market etc. It is very quiet at night. Rooms are spacious and super clean.

We prefer cooked breakfast and they serve continental breakfast.

Make no mistake, this is a city hotel, but everything and everyone feels very professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruits and local products. Secure private parking just behind the hotel.
