The location of this hotel cannot be beat. A 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the town of Sperlonga. The breakfast was also perfect for small children: ours went back for seconds and thirds. The restaraunt at the hotel was also very nice, although a bit spendy for our children. The pool was very warm and there were lots of spaces for us to be around the pool. Our room had a very comfortable balcony as well.

The beds were not super comfortable and the blankets were rather thin. But that it the only critique I can find on this hotel, it really was stunning.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly, rooms while quite small served their purpose. The hotel is B&B which is important as you are not near other cafes/bars. There is only a short walk to the beach.

While we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we found it difficult to get into town. There are only two taxis available and while it is only a 5 or 6 minute drive, not safe to walk as no footpaths etc. Taxi's were also expensive

The location is lovely, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to centre of Sperlonga. Peaceful with stunning views. The breakfast was fantastic, great variety and all home made. Coffees made to order. Towels for the pool/beach supplied and the staff in the restaurant LaVeranda couldn’t be more attentive and friendly.

Initial greeting upon check in… could have been told about the place/location of things and air con hadn’t been switched on for our room. However soon rectified once mentioned.

Room too small, bathroom needed attention and updating, noisy plumbing, cost of dining room a little on the high side

Beds are very uncomfortable. There were no comforters on the bed. Need to improve their bedding situation. Otherwise it was a piece of heaven on earth. Surrounded with beautiful nature and culture. Great staff.

vegetarian options available in food, customization to vegetarian available, clean comfy room, very close to the beach, hot showers next to the pool, very good breakfast and dinner, nice lawn with trees, sun beds and umbrellas available next to the pool.

The walls between rooms are thin :)

The location and the staff were so friendly. The lady at breakfast was so friendly and helpful.

We thought the temperature was a bit high and the ac or fan didn’t work

Great location, super clean and very friendly staff. 3 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the old Town. Free parking, amazing pool area, much better than staying in Sperlonga itself
