The location was excellently situated in a leafy residential area and yet only a 5-minute walk from a fantastically nice town full of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and constantly replenished. For Italian standards a very extensive breakfast choice. The hotel has a lovely garden with a fantastic swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. The pool was kept very clean. The pool also had a small terrace where she served drinks and a small snack. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, including when booking a table in a restaurant and advising where to buy wine. The room was kept thoroughly clean every day and the bed linen was changed very regularly. The room had good air conditioning that was easy and understandable to operate. In short, higly recommended!

Friendly staff. Booking.com gave a better price than to book right away in the hotel. We booked with booking.com, but there was some kind of mistake. Hotel’s staff helped to solve the problem. Refunded us the difference right away. We booked 2 rooms. One of them has intensive chlorine smell. Hotel’s stuff moved us to another fresh room at once. They also gave us boiling water late at night for our drinks :)

It was conveniently located for us. Edi was very welcoming and informative about the hotel and area. The other three staff members, Amberto, Veronica and Anna were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is old but the rooms were very clean.

Quiet location, 10-15 min walk to the town center, easy parking, nice pool (open 10 am to 7 pm), clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast (the choice is not extraordinary but sufficient). The town is nice - a couple of cafes, bars and restaurants, many wineries around in the region for wine tasting.

Nothing in particular. We heard the bells ringing from the nearby church at 7 am, not sure whether this was a special occasion or whether this is regular, but in any case quite early during summer (July) when most people are in a holiday regime and want to sleep longer.

We spent there just one night on our way. Enjoyed the clean pool and delicious breakfast.We would not stay longer, but for the one night stay we would come back again.

Hotel is old and some parts would desperately need renovation. Especially bathroom and shower with mold on the ceiling.

The staff was friendly and helpful with everything. The price includes both the pool and breakfast, both of which were excellent. The town is quiet and not too touristy, but also really small.

We were supposed to have a double bed, but we received separate beds that were not very comfortable. The hallway was not very clean, but the room was okay.

The manager was incredible-- offered us coffee and tea at any time of the day at no charge

The hotel was within walking distance ti central Spilimbergo, staff were very helpful and courteous. The pool was a great addition. Very clean

Lovely hotel, nice clean pool, with plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff for absolutely amazing, they were incredibly helpful, nothing we asked was too much trouble. We can’t wait to go back !

The window kept popping open, I had to tie the shutter's rope to keep it closed. The shower did not drain fast, resulting in a puddle around your feet.

We have got what we expected! A Nice swimming pool on a hot day. In walking distance from the town and restaurants. Very nice stuff must be pointed out! Tasty breakfast with good☕ and fresh brioche.
