Location was great. Lovely little village and we timed it well with a local “festa”. Breakfast was continental style but plenty to eat, with a coffee machine for our morning fix.

We booked 3 rooms through the booking.com website, one of which was meant to be a triple room with a double and a single bed, but on arrival there was only a double bed. With limited Italian on my part and no English spoken at the accommodation, we managed to get a small folding single bed brought in. Not very comfortable. Very frustrating to not get what you have booked without such effort and discussion. It felt like the idea of a triple room was new to them even although it was advertised on the website. They were very helpful in rectifying the issue, but not what we had expected.

A small and nicely decorated hotel in a small medieval town. Public parking is provided not far from the hotel. The room as well as the whole hotel is very clean. Check in/out went without any problems. The town where the hotel is located is beautiful and has preserved its authenticity.

this is my second stay in this hotel. the first was 5 years ago and then I was delighted with the overall impression and came again. The facility is in a worse condition compared to my first visit

This was one of the the most charming, beautifully appointed B&Bs we have ever stayed in! It was sparkling clean with fresh-smelling linens, perfect air conditioning, and even extra pillows. We were going to be a very late arrival and the manager sent us a video explaining how to access our room! She went above and beyond to make sure we got in safe and even gave us parking tips, plus explained the walking tour around town. Breakfast was perfect–plenty of coffee, juice, and yummy baked goods. Aside from this, the town was gorgeous and like something out of a movie.

we were told after sending a request to be picked up from train station and it was agreed to on line that they did not run a taxi service. They did finally pick us up after about an hour but that was the last contact we had with the owners. th staff were lovely. Atd our age of 70 years it would have been great to have a lift as we were on the 3rd floor and not easy to get up and down stairs these days.

The marketing on Booking was a bit odd: It´s a simple B&B but the name of the place is "Luxury Relais". "Free parking is available" which means we had to search for an available spot in the streets in front of the village as cars are not allowed in the street of the B&B (which is of course OK, only we didn´t know). We drive a classic cabrio car which is vulnerable for vandalism, so we would have looked elsewhere to stay (with a closed Parking attached to the hotel). Don´t really know who to blame, the odd marketing or my own ignorance. Probably the latter!

Wonderful little hotel in the centre of this beautiful town. Comfortable rooms, staff there to welcome us and advise on local restaurants etc.

It is a bit difficult to find! You have to park near the square and then walk to the hotel, which we didn't realise - you can't park outside the hotel as it is in a pedestrianised location. Good to know before you arrive.

It was nice and different, but I wouldn't repeat again.

I've paid three weeks upfront and the latest hour I could do the check in was 10 pm. While was driving from Florence towards the accommodation, I received a message with the latest check in hour. Fortunately I arrived in time 9:45 PM (without noticing the message at that time). I want to know what would happen if I was getting late in that night, tired after visiting Florence all day and driving 4 hours. After the arrival, I read their message and wasn't pleasant.

Beautiful location and room. Had been really nicely renovated. Lovely welcome and effortless communication. We also really appreciated dinner recommendations from hosts and help with booking.

The shower water smelled a bit bad.

The B&B is inside the historic centre, so it’s very charming. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, we particularly liked the design! The bathroom is also great. The town is adorable and everyone there is nice!

Two small things: first, breakfast. It’s “Italian”, so basically it has only sweet options. I prefer eating salty food in the morning, so it wasn’t great. Second: getting there is quite trick. If you’re using Google Maps, put “Piazza Vittorio Emanuele Stimigliano”, park in one of those free spots and walk inside the historic center. Just a tip ☺️

The location is amazing such a beautiful and genuine town. The local bar/cafe was superb and everyone in the village amazing. The room was in a house within the castle walls and filled with character.

The doors are very simple and the noise of other guests was loud but not enough to spoil the stay.
