The staff here was AWESOME! They spoke English and were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was good....typical Italian breakfast offerings. They made us fresh cafe with breakfast. The location is good. It is about a 30 minute walk from the train station, but there are busses and taxis available. There are many shops and restaurants within a quick walking distance, and a nice small,uncrowded beach about 5 mins away. The water there was clean and clear! Overall great stay here!
The bathroom was dated and pretty tiny, the shower especially. We are not big people, and it was a bit of a challenge to shower in the small stall. There are many stairs to get down into the hotel which could be difficult for some people to navigate.

Very friendly, welcoming helpful staff. Great location, town centre and Aragon Castle were a short walk away. Views from the dining room over the bay exceptional. Staff extremely helpful in organising taxis to and from the railway station. very good breakfast included in the price
The beds were not very comfortable due to being well used mattresses giving little support.

The terrace was closed. Not sure why. A shame as it would have been a lovely area to have use of.

Staff is amazingly friend ly and helpful. I loved morning cappuccinos, fluffy cakes and yummy toasts. I'll miss your breakfast the most.and also it is so close to high street.
It is not about hotel, but there are mosquitos this time of the year in Taranto. Just beware.
