breakfast was very good, with high quality food and a lot of choice. Coffee was very good and the personnel very kind. The room was very clean and wide. the position is very central and it is possibile to arrive to centre by walk.

The music of the bar was quite loud in the night until late and it was possibile to hear from he room. The wall of the bathroom is made of glass so that if one get up in the night the light of the bathroom can awake the other person that is in the room. Also all the noises form the bathroom are audible.

The room was comfortable and ample parking was available. Location was close to the old town, and easy to find. The breakfast had several sweet and savoury options.

quality of the food in the buffet could be improved. The juices were very watered down and the sausages were little hard balls....there was no fresh bread for toasting on either of the 2 days we were there.

I thoroughly enjoyed the fact concierge helped me with any question I might have had. The spacious parking lot. The fact that breakfact was served 20' earlier in order to meet my need as I had to leave at 7:15AM and this meant a lot to me. Facts, in the end, that speak louder than words.

The cleanliness especially on the carpet was not at its best, for all the rest I was satisfied. Perhaps undertanding in advance the differencies between the various types of rooms.

super modern hotel with all the amenities. large rooms, great location within walking distance of bus station and center of Teramo square. A taxi ride to Oriente Spa Nissan where you can reserve/rent/pick up a car through Drivalia online. Great food and service in restaurant. helpful staff and comfortable king size bed

first got there lights in room did not work we had to tell them and then they turned on the power in to the room. They never mentioned this in check in.

Breakfast was good. However, if you arrive too long after it opens, the eggs and meats are gone or cold. Other than that, the staff was excellent and the pastries and tarts were excellent.

Parking, clean hotel.

Breakfast, there was variety of food which sounds promising, but it was all baked night before and served cold. Scrambeld eggs, bacon, bread - cold as ice. Coffee and juice were good, but for the price we have paid it should have all be at least warmed before serving.

The location is very good. The rooms are very comfortable for stay.

The wifi was not available in the most of the rooms. Wifi with some quality was available in the reception. Any time, for using wifi the guest should go to lobby. The breakfast are quite good, but mostly consists of the sweet foods.

Room size & room facilities I like the most.

The staff has very poor knowledge about English so communication is very difficult with them.

Excellent room, with a lot of space, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet location, and with easy parking. The staff were great accommodating leaving my luggage and helping me dry off after a sudden rainfall
