Room We had a room for four people, very spacious and nice. We really liked the fresh renovation of our room. It was cleaned every day with high quality. In addition, all blankets, pillows and towels were new. Large balcony with a gorgeous view of the sea. The air conditioning worked perfectly, when the doors to the balcony were opened, it did not turn off. Good location of the air conditioner, it didn't blow directly on the bed. Staff Visitors are taken care of before they arrive - they sent us a letter with all the necessary information a day in advance. The staff is very friendly. They always tried to resolve any issues as soon as possible. We could feel how everything was done with love and how attentive they were to each guest made us feel at home. Beach A big thank you to the staff in control of the beach! The beach is very clean, cleaned regularly. The beach was kept in order in every possible aspect. There are two variations of showers (cold/warm) and comfortable changing cabins. The sunbeds are spaced far apart from each other. On the beach - fine clean sand. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, also sand, very narrow strip of small pebbles and shells (1 meter max). We were in the middle of July - the water in the sea is very warm (about 30 degrees). The recent option to order drinks to your own sun lounger was very welcome. We would also like to thank Davide separately for the fact that the drinks were always delivered quickly and we always received them cool. Restaurant We had the all-inclusive. The food was amazing and varied. Even the pickiest of eaters would wish they had the extra stomach to try all the dishes on the menu. Seafood and quality wine were present every day for both lunch and dinner. We loved Italian food and after staying at this hotel we fell in love with it completely. The waiters were very friendly and smiling as well as patient. Special thanks to Ferdinando, the waiter who served us!

Not far from the hotel there is a disco. Sometimes the music at the disco played very loudly late into the night (until about 1-1.30 am). It made it hard to sleep. At times we had to wait a long time for the elevator, it is a bit slow. However, this was not a significant problem - the stairwell looked great and was always perfectly clean. Room: The safe was a little small. Laptop did not fit in there.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean hotel, friendly staff. There is parking at the hotel, but it is limited. We were off season, so we were not able to enjoy the beach due to rainy weather, but it looked clean, plenty of space and nice beach overall. We loved our room with seaview, and large balcony, highly recommend to book a seaview room.

Room for improvement restaurant and meal wise. We took half board, but meals are average, depends taste of course, but we expected more. Restaurant has white light, which doesn't make it very appealing and makes it look more like a big cafetaria. Breakfast was ok, but lacked organisation. At 9 there was only 1 poor waiter to serve coffee in 2 places (coffee comes from the bar and is good), so this took ages. Later on more waiters popped up.

The hotel and staff were great. The beach was incredible and just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The area felt like a very safe place to stay with children, which was important for our family. Additionally, there were numerous restaurants within walking distance, providing plenty of dining choices. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic beachside stay in Tortoreto.

This is exactly what you would want for an Italian beach vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the waiters were very attentive. The front desk staff was very friendly. They have beach service that brings you drinks for free twice per day. The beach itself is lovely. The hotel is right across from the beach and in a central location. If there is no room in the small parking area they will give you a parking voucher for the blue spots. They have bikes you can use for the bike path.

Excellent location. The building was just the right size. Just perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Tortoreto. The staff was fantastic. Claudia at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Luana was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. It must be the best on the strip.

The only thing missing on the property was a pool but I’d rather be on the sea rather than a pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and friendly staff. All of them are amazing, but especially the waiter Alvin in the restaurant. Excellent meal. Fish and seafood were on the menu every day. Chilled bottled water available 24/7. A great beach bar solution - you make order online in the beach, it will be delivered directly to the deckchair from the bar.

This hotel was so lovely! Located across from the boardwalk and beach, the location was perfect! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We had drinks before dinner at the little lobby bar and ate dinner at the hotel which was delicious. Breakfast had so many options to choose from and was also delicious. Bikes were available for us to use! Such a wonderful, clean hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel by the seaside. Very friendly staff. We took half-board, the food was very good and ample, wine is served together and there are also free drinks/cocktails before 22:00, which was a nice surprise. Our room had a very nice of the sea and the beach as well. The breakfast was very good too.

Soundproofing. We heard the neighbor snoring whole night and I am sure others must of heard mine too😔

Incredible, professional and warm staff who made our trip so special. They remembered our preferences, showed real interest in what we were doing and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be!

Not a huge thing, but the beach bar doesn’t open until June- we left at the end of May, but we’re allowed to take drinks from the hotel bar across to the beach in plastic cups.

The staff was absolutely amazing !!! Everywhere was so clean !!! Food was fantastic too and again, all the staff from the restaurant was extremely friendly. The room was BIG, furniture was new, bed was great, bathroom big & new and AGAIN clean !!! The beach was across the street, the hotel has also many bicycles to rent for free. everywhere you go you can find various restaurants, cafes & “pasticeria”. forget about Rimini, Tortoreto is simply a PIECE OF PARADISE !!!
