Fantastic location, great value for money, as the place is very spacious and you have your own fridge and kitchen sink/bench, which means you don’t have to eat out every day and night. The host is delightful; I had a misunderstanding about something, and he was incredibly gracious with me. I can recommend this as a super place to stay for solo female travelers.

It was probably only 80% clean, but actually for the price and the value, it was ideal. Worth noting that because it’s semi basements, it stays wonderfully cool on the hot days, but it also means you can’t get phone signal, although the Wi-Fi is good.

It was a nice place to stay for few nights. As it was very hot outside, this apartment was a nice escape from the heat (apartment was cool even without AC). Location is perfect!

The apartment has no direct sunlight (the doors are looking into the inner yard) so for a longer stay it can be a little bit too humid.

The breakfast was good. It was clean and the air conditioning was very strong. Also, I was able to check-in early.

I could hear my neighbors having sex because there are wood partitioning blocks that separates adjoining rooms. I felt as if there was no privacy as I could hear neighbors on both sides. In addition, there are no windows in this unit. Also, I couldn’t reach the owner immediately when I needed to contact him which added to stress levels. The price that he changed was out of proportion to what the unit had to offer.

Very rushed and unwelcoming host. Unfortunately, the studio is next to another studio owned by the same owner, and it's extremely noisy. You can hear absolutely everything that's going on in the studio next door (especially the neighbors making love all night long!). I don't recommend it!
