We absolutely LOVED our stay at AMA! It was such a relaxing end to our trip. The rooms were really clean and minimalist and beds super comfortable, we also loved having the doors open in the night to let the fresh air in. Breakfast as also delish and the gym had a fair amount of equipment to use. We thought the spa was AMAZING! Beautiful facilities, huge saunas and lots of chill out areas and balcony space! We actually thought your spa facilities were much better than advertised on IG and booking.com they are something to shout about ❤️

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Our dog had an accident on one of our hikes, and Jessica from the reception helped us find a vet that was open on a saturday afternoon. Thank you so much Jessica from here as well! The rooms were tidy, spacious and very modern. The spa had everything for a relaxing afternoon. Breakfast was plenty and tasty.

It did not bother me, but it did bother my partner that there was no AC in the rooms, but for me opening the windows was enough. I did however lack the fridge in the rooms. Not so much as for a minibar, but to be able to put a couple of drinks in to cool before venturing off to hike.

Wonderful stay at this amazing hotel. Very thought through design to every detail, many cosy places to relax, amazing wellness area with inside / outside infinity pool and loungers, wonderful restaurant with really impressive menu (we loved the rooster ravioli and the veal). Staff across the hotel and restaurant were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious with extra kitchen area and huge balcony; stone and wood finishings throughout felt very luxurious yet organic / effortless. We made a detour on our toad trip to visit this hotel and did not regret it for one second! Already thinking of a good occasion to return

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations: beautiful, modern, welcoming and designed with little details catering for all our needs. The room was spotlessly clean with large bathroom and comfortable bed. There were reading lights and charging sockets at both sides of the bed. There was a large balcony with nice view, with foldable rack for drying clothes and comfortable outdoor chairs. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The pool, the gym and the spa facilities were very good though we didn't have enough time to use them. The underground parking was spacious and safe. We loved the sustainable amenities and the overall warm and inviting atmosphere of the place.

Almost everything was genuienly fantastic, whether you wanted a relaxing break or one filled with activities, the hotel is great for both. The rooms are fantastic, the sustainable soaps are a very nice touch, the gym and spa facilities were fantastic also. The restaurant and bar were great, on both food and drink. The club sandwich at the bar was particularaly good.

Only one negative for the whole trip, our first room was a ground floor room facing out to the road. The only opening window was the door, which could only be fully opened, there was no way to have it so it just let some air in. This meant that you either had to sleep with the door closed (very hot) or accept that anyone could walk into your room whilst you slept. After our first night the staff changed our room.

The rooms look much better in the pictures than in reality. The walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear noises from the hallway and other rooms at night. It was also difficult to relax in the spa area/pool, as the staff didn’t address loud guests. The restaurant is decent, but the portions are small for the high price.

Beautiful property! Very quiet, peaceful and spacious. The facilities were incredible. We loved the pool, sauna and gym! We genuinely loved everything. The staff were very attentive and helpful with any requests we had. The breakfast is 10/10!!

We were a little hot at night however this was easily remedied by the staff providing us a fan! Can’t fault any part of our stay!

The hotel is brand new and it was absolutely fantastic! Our Mountain View room was light, spacious and beautifully design - every detail is thought through: from the colours, textures to the environmentally-friendly local cosmetics and accessories. The food at the restaurant exceed all our expectations, so fresh and full of flavour. The spa with its relaxing atmosphere, saunas, herb teas and infinity pool was a true oasis. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel like at home. If you are looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay - I can’t recommend this hotel more!

Every staff member was extremely helpful and amicable, we enjoyed talking to everyone at the hotel. It's a very modern building, with excellent amenities and located centrally in San Vigilio.

The beds were not very comfortable - our double bed was actually two singles attached and the mattresses were quite soft. The pool was a bit small compared to how big it looks in pictures, which means it gets crowded easily. But that's no deal breaker - still a very nice one.

The property if super fantastic from all aspects .. This is your indulgence after a day of hiking or cycling in the mountains.. great design , service , and cleaning. The hotel provides the atmosphere to relax and get out of your daily busy life. I LIKE THE CONCEPT A LOT.

The restaurant of the hotel can be better in regard to provide popular and comfy dishes beside their delicious menu.
