Family run, friendly staff. Its elevated location provides a beautiful view and a much needed breeze. The converted farm buildings and grounds are tastefully renovated with lovely touches, such as pretty lamps, flower pots and making a feature of original farm machinery and equipment. The pool is really nice and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Our shower flooded a bit, which was annoying. The pool and bar close between 1:30-4pm, which was probably good for us to get out of the sun. Also the free WiFi is only in the communal areas, not in the bungalows.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! Exquisite family run property nestled 2km from San Giovanni centro and the many Salento coast white sandy beaches. Lush, enormous pine, fig, palm and other various trees surround individual beautifully decorated cottages. Gigantic pristine pool. Delicious breakfast. Many thank to Francesco, Barbara, Ilaria, Vittoria and Eleonora for making our visit most memorable!!!!

EVERYTHING was 100% Perfect!

Great place for relaxing. Very well positioned to have a feeling of being remote, but still close to nearby towns and beaches. It was very well kept and even though it had a traditional feel, it felt new. The staff were always helpful and smiling, even though we sometimes had requests out of the ordinary.

Only the wifi. It seldom worked by the pool, no connection in the room. If you really need it, make sure you have data.

Very nice place with big pool and beautiful nature around houses. Personal is very kind and take care of everything. 10 minutes to town by car

Sometimes the electricity dropped off. It happend several times of our stay. The pool was oppened from 8:30 but the cleaning robot was inside until 9:30 so you can’t swim

Everything perfect

The location was good! We enjoyed the staff and the amenities. it was a quiet and relaxing environment. The owner/ worker was very kind and offered extra towels and his spritz was delicious too!

We wish the rooms would have been cleaned more often. Our room looked clean but we found a few little bugs i the sheets. we’re not sure if this is because the rooms aren’t booked as often but after a good shake of the sheets it was fine.

internet connection was poor or non existent at times. you need a car to stay here as the roads are narrow with no pavement. but saying that supermarket and shops only 10 min drive.

Missing restaurant, breakfast limited offer, every day the same, very limited equipment in the room ktichen corner, not offer of towells for the swimming pool. Overall missing extra services for being presented as hotel, resort.
