Easy access through modern technology, ie; key card to enter building and access room. Mario and his wife we excellent hosts. Mario's wife met us and showed us all the nuances of the place, how to get lights on and how to use the coffee maker. The place was modern with a clean and comfortable environment. A breakfast box was provided each day with coffe pods and a variety of snacks. It is also located near a walking and bike path along the sea. There is also an awesome restaurant less than a block away. Great value for the money.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day. Bed linen, towels - always fresh and fragrant. Breakfast is typically Italian, we liked it very much. The owner is a very nice, friendly and helpful person. I was in Italy for the first time and thanks to this place, I will associate this trip as best as possible by how I was welcomed in Italy. As for the town of Vasto itself - a very beautiful place and worth a visit.

The room is next to the road with some traffic noise during the night. And, two pillows would have been a little more comfortable.

I loved the warm Welcome by Mario and his daughters. The apartment (new) and the breakfast freshly made by Mario himself. Also location wise you are super close to the amazing natural reserve of Punta Aderci, Vasto city and vastò marina.

Host was very welcoming and nice. Clean and nice room. Free parking. Much softer bed than what we have had in Italy so far!

the only slight negative is that the guesthouse is out of town (3 km). A bit difficult to find (need to go through a side street and into a narrow alley) - could use bigger signs.

Mario was incredibly kind and always willing to help. He gave us valuable tips about the city and how to get around, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and very clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent.

The location is not ideal for those without a car. Getting to the beach, especially Punta Penna, can be difficult and sometimes dangerous due to wild dogs and boars, and walking at night is risky. So, having a car is necessary. However, taking a taxi is always a convenient option, and renting a bike can also be a good alternative. Public transportation, on the other hand, is a bit challenging from this location, as it’s only available at certain times. The breakfast is quite sugary, consisting mainly of Nutella, jam, croissants, and pastries, which isn't suitable for anyone following a healthy diet. Housekeeping is only available until 10:30 AM, so if you wake up later, room cleaning won’t be possible. Also, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work most of the time.
