Easy access through modern technology, ie; key card to enter building and access room. Mario and his wife we excellent hosts. Mario's wife met us and showed us all the nuances of the place, how to get lights on and how to use the coffee maker. The place was modern with a clean and comfortable environment. A breakfast box was provided each day with coffe pods and a variety of snacks. It is also located near a walking and bike path along the sea. There is also an awesome restaurant less than a block away. Great value for the money.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day. Bed linen, towels - always fresh and fragrant. Breakfast is typically Italian, we liked it very much. The owner is a very nice, friendly and helpful person. I was in Italy for the first time and thanks to this place, I will associate this trip as best as possible by how I was welcomed in Italy. As for the town of Vasto itself - a very beautiful place and worth a visit.

Spacious room, spotless, comfortable beds. Simple breakfast but with fresh pastries from a local bakery, which was a nice touch. The host was very kind and gave us good suggestions on what to see and where to eat.

The room is next to the road with some traffic noise during the night. And, two pillows would have been a little more comfortable.

I loved the warm Welcome by Mario and his daughters. The apartment (new) and the breakfast freshly made by Mario himself. Also location wise you are super close to the amazing natural reserve of Punta Aderci, Vasto city and vastò marina.

Host was very welcoming and nice. Clean and nice room. Free parking. Much softer bed than what we have had in Italy so far!

Breakfast box was very "italian" consisting mainly biscuits and sweet stuff.

everything new and very clean, very big room. very nice hosts but don’t speak English :). excellent breakfast.

the only slight negative is that the guesthouse is out of town (3 km). A bit difficult to find (need to go through a side street and into a narrow alley) - could use bigger signs.
