Very beautiful mansion. We loved the views, the garden. Rooms are nice, quite large, with good amenities. Restaurant in hotel is good, fair priced. Very good price performance for stay in this area. Staff very helpful and polite. Recommend to stay here even for one night just for views and atmosphere. Pool area looked nice, even we did not use it, as stayed only one night before going to Venice.

When we arrived, there was a wedding event. Finished 0:00 as it was proposed in reception when checked in. It was not bothering us too much, but for those who seek quiet stay maybe could be disappointing. Breakfast is good by Italian poor breakfast standards, but we missed some fresh veggies and more variety, taking in mind that this is upscale hotel.

It is beautiful there, and we came back because we so loved our first stay. The area is rich in sights and places to visit. It is relaxing, and most of the staff are very nice.

While still wonderful, we did not leave feeling like royalty like we did last time. The change in ownership means we can feel the shortcuts. Personal touches that an owner who is passionate about their hotel checks on were now neglected.

Location is great if you want to enjoy peace and quiet after a long day in the tourist-heavy Venice. All the smaller but extremely charming towns worth discovering are 25-40 km away. Worth visiting! The pool is large and clean. From Thursday to Sunday, you can order drinks and food by the pool. The manor itself is authentic, with large and spacious rooms. Suitable for both families and solo travelers.

It was a bit bothersome that trash from weekend weddings was left scattered around the property for several days. 200/100 if drinks and food were offered by the pool seven days a week. The pool area could stay open longer than until 7 PM.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we chose a room located next to the (excellent) pool, which was much appreciated during the exceptionally hot weather. The room aircon worked perfectly. Breakfast & dinner were both superb, representing excellent value for money. We will definitely be returning as it's location is so convenient for exploring the area. The staff also were exceptional, both very friendly and helpful.

Facilities were great. The grounds and the Pool were fantastic. The Restaurant was a very high standard.

Would have been nice to be informed that the car charger is 40 euros per charge and if you charge in the evening a go to sleep then you will be fined 20 euros per hour as the limit is 6 hours !! It came a s a shock as I thought it was free. Suggest they inform guests of these rules before

Our experience at this establishment was truly remarkable. We look forward to the opportunity to return, ideally during the summertime. The level of service we received was commendable, and we were impressed by the outstanding quality of the buildings and surrounding area. The reception and bar staff demonstrated a genuine interest in addressing our needs, which we greatly appreciated.

We booked a suite thinking that it would be nicely decorated The bedroom room was spacious; furnishings need to be better matched and updated; bed was comfortable; most of the living room was occupied by a rather large construction that held a small shower. Breakfast was a bit sparse; the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.. the villa itself was impressive. In general, the suite needs an update.

The whole experience you feel like an aristocrat, you can feel how people felt back in time and where and how richest families in Lombardy have been living. The food, staff and the rooms are nice.

Could be cleaner and better organised in terms of connection to the main building, the castle. Also leaving some courtesy for the guests some tea, coffee, or some snacks in the fridge would be highly appreciated when you travel with kids, your car is parked a bit far from your building and it’s raining a lot.

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful grounds and the pool area was great. The female stuff was really amazing and they made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was attentive and great with the kids.

We had a negative interaction with one of the guests who complained that the kids were being too loud in the pool area. I felt the reception staff reacted well and reassured us that the hotel is family friendly and kids should be able to play to their heart’s content. However, the male staff at the pool were rather rude and confronting. It seemed odd to me that kids playing was an issue while smoking around the pool, where kids and babies were present, was a non-issue.

Overcrowded pool, better to come off season when it's quiet. Water (pool) a little too warm. Needs a separate children's pool. Lacking wardrobes, have to squeeze in next to the bed. There's a fridge, but no glasses if you want a drink on your terrace.
