The owner and the staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, half an hour drive to Trento and Bolzano. Panchià has the essentials (1 bakery, a grocery, a couple of restaurants), but it is Very close to Cavalese, where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The view from the rooms is astonishing! It's a great place to relax, the rooms are clean, comfortable and full of character. It's a great place to rest and enjoy the mountains.

Just a warning to visitors who do not have a data plan on their phone. The WiFi is available only at the lobby and in common areas. Otherwise everything else is great!

Ok,so I'm starting a long description. We started our long trip by motorcycle from Albania,Tirana. We stayed in Croatia one night then in Venezia and our next stop for four nights was Regina delle Dolomiti. We couldn't wait to stay there. We were so happy. The day that was supposed to arrive was a heavy rain all the way up till there. We traveled in heavy rain by motorcycle and 8 kilometres before we reached the hotel,the bike stopped in the middle of nowhere. A problem from the wet. We were in the street alone. After too many atempts to start the bike it was impossible. So we decide to call the hotel to find a way to help us for the bike to send it to the hotel and for us too. The reception lady helped us by connecting us with the owner Mr. Franco. He was so available to help us as soon as we told him the problem. He sent us a tow truck for the bike and he came with his own car to get us physically to the hotel. All this in just an hour if I can say. So we arrived in hotel and he said us if we would need anything just ask him. He was so helpful and polite. During our days there he helped us a lot with his garage friend of the hotel and too many tools for fixing the bike. The bike started after too days with too many helps from different people. So we were back in our vacations. We enjoyed every part of the hotel. Everything. The staff so polite,the rooms were so clean and the ladys coming every morning to change the sheets. The bufet breakfast was so normal. So good. The view from the room is 10/10 and the location was top. Facilities of the room were ok. Everythings worked normally.In the heart of what we wanted. We felt so sad leaving the hotel after four nights because it felt like our home. Now we have a very good friend from Panchia,Trentino. Mr. FRANCO. We will wait for him to come in Tirana soon. A lovely traditional hotel in a very strategic location. Wonderful staff always available to help and very friendly. Do not miss the opportunity to have a chat with the owner who has a lot of knowledge of the area and can pinpoint perfect trekking options (we stayed in July). Very nice spa area with swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The garden is perfect for chilling out in the evening. Nice breakfast with a variety of options. Rooms with all the comforts and lovely terrace.

Perfect location for cycling, nested between multiple passes, the hotel was ideal for recreation and relaxation. The breakfast range was very good, the room was plenty big and comfy, the town wasn't too far to walk either. I didn't end up using the spa or pool facilities in the end, but they were clearly popular with many visitors.

The staff was friendly and verattestation. So organized and prompt. The food was very good and it seemed that it was very much health based. Some was not for me but the pasta, chicken, and fish was great.

I have to dig for this one but as usual the bed was so so. I'm pretty picky so that might just be a " me" thing.

Nice location and structure, easy to find (just follow Google Maps) and a really good parking in front of the hotel. Staff is super friendly and there is a really good breakfast, with a lot of food. The room was ok, not so big but clean and with everything inside, nice view from the window. Price is fine too.

The place is amazing, the lady on the reception is very friendly! Balcony in the room was nice! Our cat liked the hotel! Just 3 hours to Venezia! Perfect location ! Food for breakfast was very nice! We loved everything! Thank you so much! We will definitely come back!

Just at night there was no hot water. But I can’t say it was absolute drama. We had shower the next morning.

Very clean hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. They even helped us to dry our clothes after being completely soaked in a heavy storm during a hike.

Great breakfast! Lots to choose from, both savoury and sweet. Nice sauna/spa area with swimming pool. Balcony in room was nice.

Location is in a very quiet town. No fridge in room.

Good location, nearby few towns with restaurants and grocery store. Room has what we needed (bed, thick blanket, hot shower), not for fussy people though.

No kettle, wifi in room but wifi is strong in lobby area.
