Bed was a little firm, but comfortable. Bathroom was recently updated with nice rain, shower and recessed lighting around the sink mirror. The fridge was very quiet! That's important to me. I liked the shutter is on the windows instead of curtains or blinds.

Wifi only worked Intermittently. I was told they were changing service providers. That was quite frustrating. I would have liked to be informed of this before my arrival so I could have planned accordingly. There was a pile of dirty towels on the walk way every day of my stay.

Very clean. Ample Space.Staff is attentive especially the housekeepers and front desk person esp by the name of Mike oversees cleanliness, noise, walks around to ensure everybody adheres to the rules. Concierge available 24/7. They follow up with the complaints of the tenants and actually speaks to the guilty party. For example. the person above my room started exercising at past 10 in the evening as I was starting to sleep . So front desk person went to that room and spoke with the tenant . Housekeepers clean everyday. Unlike other hotels in the area. Price is also reasonable.

One of the font desk staff very rude and when you talk to him, he is always rushing . Making you feel he does not have time for your concerns.

I had a wonderful stay at Motel 6 this past weekend. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, particularly Adriana who was in charge during the night shift. Upon checking into my initial room, I noticed a few small bugs. I brought this to Adriana's attention, and she was incredibly understanding and proactive. She promptly arranged a new room for me and even accompanied me to ensure everything was in order. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. The new room was clean and comfortable, and the rest of my stay was fantastic. I highly recommend Motel 6 for their excellent customer service and hospitality.

The bugs at the room. But the problem was fixed pretty fast with the staff that were very kind and concern for the issue. I recommend this place to stay.

Room was spacious and met our expectations. Location was good, target hypermarket was close. Staff received our online orders (which is a bonus for the place). Room had the essentials we needed (ex. clothes iron).

The sink was not fully clean. We requested from front desk for cleaning the sink but it was ignored.

all the rooms are very modern and up to date. very clean and private. now only we can teach the neighbors how to shut the doors late at night instead of slamming theme closed, it would be a perfect world.

it would be awesome if they served some sort of continental breakfast and till 11 am

The rooms were nicer and cleaner than expected based on past experiences with other Super 8 Motels in other cities. It was definitely the best value in the area considering the price and quality of the room.

The check in was very slow due to a new computer system that the employees didn't seem to be yet very knowledgeable in how to use it. They were in training, so really, it is hard to blame them.

- WiFi is shocking. Really needs to be improved to avoid customers using their 5g for the full stay. - not toiletries provided only a bar of soap for handwashing at sink - fridge wasn’t on

Room was clean enough, it was comfortable and the Ac worked

there was 2 roaches in the room the second day and when I called the front desk to ask for some bug spray, they couldn't provide it...which, having trouble killing roaches myself...it made it very stressful

The property was in a good location. Easily accessible and plenty of parking. Stunning views. Good shops around it. Staff were helpful. You could make tea anytime you wanted in reception. Nice cereal bars for breakfast.

The bumpy side entrance the road was very uneven but that’s it.

This is by far the best place we stayed at during our two week vacation. This is not your typical Super 8. The room was large, well furnished, and the bathroom was fabulous! Staff here from check in to check out were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Dinner suggestion of asian restaurant next door was awesome

Nothing that motel can control. Motel was challenge to navigate to using Tom Tom.
