We were in town for the regional all star baseball tournament for my 11 year old son. I booked the hotel a few hours before check in and when we arrived they couldn’t locate our reservation, but were apologetic, accommodated us, and even gave us a better rate than I had originally booked! The lady at the front desk is the daughter of the manager and they were both so kind and welcoming! The room was comfy, clean, and had great AC! We slept like babies in the beds. The breakfast was delicious! The lady who works the breakfast area was so nice and attentive!!!! We were told at check in that the pool would be out of service for a few days but didn’t care cause we have a pool at home we use enough! The ice maker worked great and everyone we encountered was so nice!!! We loved our stay!! Thank you!

Breakfast was more expansive than expected (fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs with and without cheese, sausage, make-your-own waffles, hot oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, cereal, juice, coffee, tea). The "kitchen lady" was smiling, cheerful and kind. April at the desk even gave my husband her $5.00 for us to tip at breakfast since she did not have enough to change a $20. We paid her back later. Appreciated the bath sink being outside of toilet space in the room (110). Appreciated softer pillows on bed. Sometimes they can be too plush and firm for our necks. Good gym to use, appreciated that there was bottled water available there. Also free beverages in the reception area and the yummy fresh cookies baked by the nice woman in the kitchen. We're not so hard to please :-)

Wanted to use the pool but it did not look clean, the water had an off-putting green cast to it (?). It seems that nowhere in Nevada do they recycle or take any conservation measures to protect the environment. All those plastic disposables in hotels and restaurants everywhere as we went along US 50 to Great Basin. And no refillable toiletries or recycling cans. So disappointing to see in this wide open beautiful landscape that should be cared for and protected by all. One encouraging sign is that the fine for littering on roadways is $2000!

Very friendly staff. That makes a difference. Rooms were very nice. Nothing over the top. But adequately setup for the price and the usecase of stop along the way to somewhere else. I mean it is not intended to be a destination hotel. So it is perfectly appointed from that perspective.

Location was perfect. My fault that I didn't request the first floor but we still enjoyed our 2nd floor room. Especially liked the extra sitting room! The hotel seemed booked but we were always able to get a parking stall nearest our room.

The first person we met was at the check-in counter. I don't know his name, but he was so professional and welcoming. The breakfast area was a nice big room rather than just a counter at the end of the lobby.

We had no cell service and the WIFI was very slow, but we were only staying for one night so it wasn't a big deal.

The room was Clean and Dog friendly. Also has two very small grass areas for the pups to relieve themself. The property felt warm and inviting and safe.

Would have been nice to have a floor mat for the dogs and maybe a small broom left in the foom since there is no carpet in the room. Shower water pressure was really low and the sink hot and cold water was backwards

Breakfast was mediocre. the fruit and berries and granola were the best part. Location was great.

Don't like the short small toilets, Too hard to get up from, too close to the water, parts dragging.

Staff are super nice. They let us check in early. Room are nice and beds are comfortable.

Minor complain. The TV remote was a lil challenging to use in regards to switching channels etc. Been to many hotels world wide and seems like remote for the Tv is something else.

Our room was very nice, and there was enough food selections for keto diet and diabetic diet.

The first staff member we encountered was very rude and we showed up at 3:00 pm and was told we would have to wait another hour or two and they would call us. We returned later even though we did not get a call and at 5:00pm our room was ready.

The location was fine for our purposes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness room was clean.

The room needed more comfortable furniture. For the price of the room it was sparse. The sound from the adjoining room was annoying. Needs heavier doors between the rooms. The shower squealed, not a good sound first thing in the morning. Breakfast was lacking. Some sausage or bacon would have been nice. The treadmill in the fitness room needs replacing. Th speed control doesn't work and the deck needs adjusting. Disappointed the pool wasn't open in late june.
