Good location, friendly staff, and great value; however, the room was not cleaned to satisfactory. There were long strands of hair all over the bathroom floor and toilet (yuk)!! One of the bed's sheets had stains. And last but certainly not least, there was pet poop in the hallway and elevator that remained for my entire stay (again, yuk)!! I will add that this is the first time I've seen the facility in this condition as I often stay here when travel is required.

I love everything about the hotel the best thing was I was able to book a room and get there early than check in time even though it cost a lil extra to be in the room they still was able to help me and my kids get a room. One room we received was damaged to the storm but they corrected everything by putting us into another room on a different floor. I will be booking again soon.

Loved everything except the people that was staying above me couldn't really enjoy peace and quiet due to them making noise stomping on the floor and etc.

The breakfast was satisfying with a good amount of options. The location was nice for the most part. Only a few concerns about walking out at night.

Not sure if there was security nearby. There were a good amount of people wandering around the area. Would feel better with some extra security around.

There was a woman in the next room screaming at her husband/boyfreind all night long. We should have complained but I think she would have just gotten worse. No consideration for anyone else. Rude and selfish. There were stains/food spots on the couch that look like they need cleaned. I wouldn't sit on it. Carpet had some stains but not bad. The sink light in the bathroom would not come on. Other than that it was perfect. I would go back but feel like I should tell you what was wrong just to help you keep the place up to the standards I know you want to keep. I feel it is something you would want to be aware of.

did not get a chance to eat breakfast, when we checked in the front desk staff did not give us details. she was very Short with us

i did not like the front desk service at all, the lady was very very short with me, if it was not last min i would have went somewhere else! i also think the bathroom could have been more clean it was spots on the wall

The location was good. Not actually sure why it's called Fairpark when it's not really close to the Fairpark. I was able to get a room on the 1st floor even though the front desk clerk wanted to put me on the 4th floor.

The room I had was nice and roomy, but the ceiling was peeling in one corner and in the middle, I couldn't use the floor lamp so lighting wasn't the best, but the worst was the deadbolt on the door didn't lock and the latch was a little bent so I did not feel secure!!

Rust in the shower, broken tile in the shower, room had a odd smell.

Brilliant location for visiting the State Fair! The room was lovely and definitely exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and big. We enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee was super strong and delicious. The lady that checked us in was so kind and gave us great tips for navigating the fair.

We really enjoyed this hotel, the only thing that wasn't great was the dirty pillows. The pillowcases were stained with makeup, foundation and mascara. We just put those pillows aside and used the clean ones.

It was very comfortable and there wasn’t any issues no noise there were no problems at all. We loved it our stay

If I had to complain it would only be that there was an odor in our bathroom from the sewer drain. But the good thing it started on Friday night and we left Saturday morning. We didn’t have to endure it too long. I threw a towel over the drain and we closed the door.

Breakfast was boring. Eggs with milk and cheap sausages both days. Would have been nice to have something different; ie bacon or omelets. They also had waffles and bagels. Only 3 muffins were put out each day. I didn't realize there was a muffin shortage.
