We liked everything about the property. We booked the signature villas (definitely worth it to be along the ocean instead of across the street). It was close to the ocean, with easy ramp access across a boardwalk. It had a wonderful pool, with an infinity section facing the ocean which was especially amazing in the evening. The staff in the coffee bar area were very helpful and friendly. We were given wrist band RFID key cards which were so much easier to keep track of while swimming! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had booked 3 rooms for our family of 16 (8 adults, 8 children). We hung out mainly in one room, the other 2 were for napping and/or getting away from the family noise….worked perfectly. 1 room was large enough for us all to mingle, play games, watch shows, eat, etc. The Putt-putt course was fun and clean, and interesting. Best Galveston family vacation yet, this was our 4th year to do this.

Only thing that I didn’t like was, checkin was cumbersome, and there was a soft sell to listen to a “presentation” for more freebies, like a timeshare thing. I said no, and there was no further pressure, so only a little negative. This will not stop us from coming here again next year.

The complex and apartment were very clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the cafe and pool across the road was nice for the kids to play and husband to have a drink. Food and drink there was very reasonably priced and tasty. Was a nice touch with the Dove toiletries in the rooms. Hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, Conditioner & shower cream. Loved the free activities around the complex too.

Was a good drive down into Galveston Town and quite far from main supermarket.

The property was nice and roomy, we had a two bedroom at the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed three nights and wanted to be at the beach so for us it was the perfect location. The pool is very nice and compared to other hotels large. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make a family meal (pots, pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker, etc.). Beds were comfortable.

The restaurant was no to our liking, for a resort the menu consists of basic fast food. The cafe at the pool side has a very limited fast food menu. Room service has to be requested. Oh and then there is the timeshare sells pitch, which of course you don't have to do but we went for it and the freebies they offered. We attend knowing that we would never buy a time share so the 90 minutes turned into 150 minutes. We enjoyed our stay at the resort and think that the brand should separate itself from selling timeshares.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed the big balcony and getting to look out at beautiful views of the beach and palm trees.

It was 20 minutes away from all of the good restaurants, nowhere was available to Doordash from. I wish I had known that as we drove into town so that I could've picked something up to eat, rather than doing a 40 minute round trip to get some food. Definitely not the hotel's fault, but just something to keep in mind when traveling. :)

I loved the room, it was so quiet and peaceful. The staff at check in was super helpful. We checked in early and no problem whatsoever. Our room was so beautiful. If you want an ocean view the signature rooms are it. Even had robes and houseshoes for us. Top notch.

Only issue we had...and it is so petty I hate to mention it but want others to know if you spend money in the arcade..which my husband did...you may not get your prize that you win. He had put in over 20 bucks to win a nice set of earbids and did...but they wouldn't come down the shoot. The lady at Cafe said she could give us a buck refund..I would just loved for the owner of the machine to mail them to us...but she wouldn't take our address.

We really liked the hotel. We stayed in a signature building that is just on the beach. The room was spacious and had high ceiling. It had a big balcony with table and chairs, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The master bedroom faced the ocean and had a shower with two showerheads plus a bathtub. The second bedrrom faced an internal bay with almost no obstacles. There was a great pool and a double level hot tub. There was a bar with drinks and snacks like pizza, flatbreads. The beach is very close and you can walk there on a wooden bridge which is a wheelchair accessible. The parking is under the building that mean it was shady. There is also a cafe across the road. Since it's a pretty remote hotel from Galveston there were almost nobody on the beach.

The sound insulation could be better. also there was a little humming noise of an AC unit. The path from a room to the pool goes through a building which could be chilly if you are wet. There are two staircases from the pool area to the ground to get to the beach but they were locked.

Villas were very clean and spacious. The young lady working the cafe by herself was fantastic!

The pictures and descriptions of this place are very misleading. It's definitely not seaside as you have to cross the street. There is 1 pool that's not heated for villa guests. The other pool and gym area apparently are for signature guests only. However, there is nothing on this page that even gives you that option, so why include those pictures. Check-in is 4 pm, and some of our rooms weren't ready till close to 5 pm. No elevator, which is also not stated. Just very misleading for the amount of money you pay.

Christian and Kimberly made our trip awesome!!! They felt like family and treated us like so!! The crew here absolutely made our trip memorable!!They helped keep the kids busy and kept us entertained. Knew where all the local good food was and tips to make our trip memorable! The perfect concierge!! The rooms were clean and beautiful ❤️❤️ view was perfect!! Friendly staff and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just a short hop to the beach, the perfect view on a beautiful balcony. Covered parking was great. I felt safe the whole trip which was a huge plus. The pool is spectacular and the hot tub is amazing!! The beach is so clean and not over crowded!! Convenient elevator, wash station and drive! This is the hotel you want to stay at. Just book it, vip side, ocean view, go to the club house and ask for Christian, ask him for a drunken mermaid he'll smile and make you the best drink ever!! We WILL BE BACK!! The view, the service, and the rooms are 10/10 perfect!!

Amenities are lacking. In need of a REAL restaurant and bar. The cafe seems like an afterthought or someone afraid of investing in your customers leisure. The arcade is an absolute joke. You then want $1 to play? Make a true arcade for people to come and enjoy. Not a run down creepy room off the activity room. One elevator was not working. Luggage carts are trash. Everyone has flat tires and looks like it’s straight from the 60’s. Pay attention to the details. This property could be so much better.
