Check in was a bit complicated, it turned out that the reservation I made and paid for with Booking. Com did indeed show as a reservation but not payment. I had to pay that day, and I wasn't too happy, but I feel it wasn't the clerk's fault.

The heater didn't work, or at least we couldn't get it to work, We ended up buying one from Walmart to keep us warm as we slept.

I like that we had a room that was in a corner away from the sun kinda secluded.

It kinda sucked that the tv didn’t work and we had no idea until late at night.

Wifi was great, as was location . I was a little disappointed that there was no way to make coffee, but other than that, it was a good value for the money!

Clean mold off bathtub walls, clean grubby fingerprints off door frame and light switch covers, fix electric outlets, clean multiple stains from furniture, clean A/C cover, provide a coffee maker, and shampoo. See photos. Obviously need better maid service!!!

Staff were very nice and accommodating. It's not a brand new place so there was a few things that didn't impact the comfort of the room or the friendliness of the staff.

I don't like paying over a hundred dollars.

The staff was very nice and the room was pretty clean. It's an older facility but the staff cares about your comfort. The bed was comfortable.

It was quiet and that it had surveillance cameras and I didn't worry about my safety
