All the staff were friendly and professional and straight away I was given an upgrade to a sea view room which was fantastic. The hotel itself is stunning and the room I was in was huge. The facilites were all pretty good. The pool could be bigger but its more than sufficient. The cleaning staff did a great job and the location is perfect to explore Bengkulu. This hotel helped make my stay really enjoyable and is a great addition to the town. I can't wait to hopefully return in April.

There wasnt much wrong with the hotel at all. It had a lot of corporate events on but this did not impact my stay other than parking at times was slightly awkward. I feel the top floor should be reserved for hotel guests.

I was told that the hotel is relatively new and the staff at the reception and restaurant was very helpful and friendly. I didn't expect the nice lobby and nice restaurant at first so it was a nice surprise. The food was delicious.

The room was okay but the couch and toilet were not well maintained and a bit run down considering the hotel has not been around for too many years. The couch in particular has several stains.

This place was a breath of fresh air. Comfortable, great pool and restaurant. We slept so well! The pool was lovely and the location very central.

We arrived at just before 6 pm and then later found that we had received a message to say that they would be giving our room away if we did not arrive by 6pm. If that had happened I would have been very very unhappy .. but it didn't.

Very comfortable, good facilities, great staff.

Not close to any of the main tourist attractions like beaches, historic sites etc but transport cheap so not a major problem.

Breakfast not good quality for Western taste.Need more Western choices and better quality spreads,butter cheeses etc.Staff need training in Western cutlery requirements eg table knives

The hotel location is within the town center. Wifi connection is stable and strong. The staff is very helpful and always gives a great smile.

Towel provided may have been due for replacement. The room sofa seen filled with all sorts of dirty patches. The coffee packet supply in the room looked almost like the same packets for creamer and sugar.

Beds comfortable. Food was good. The hosts were very cooperative.

Construction on 10th floor flooded our room on 9th floor but they up graded us a new room freely.

did not have hand soap nor body wash nor shampoo in the room, realized once taking a shower so too late. Room cleaning service should have detected the issue beforehand.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern .conveniently located to the airport.thank you for my stay .regards David Howard
