Things I liked about the hotel: the location, the lunch buffet, and the swimming pool.

Things to improve: internet connectivity and the hotel bus transfer to and from the airport.

I had a problem with my initial room so the reception (which was very easy to get thru to and speak to) made the quick and right adjustments to support me with my stay. I would highly recommend this place. Breakfast is nice, staff are nice, pool, gym, outdoor area also nice. Clean place too.

It was safe with good food

I got stuck in the elevator for almost 30 minutes, very scary situation. WiFi was very unstable

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. We got the room request that we made. The breakfast is an amazing buffet. We also did lunch there one day and the buffet was great. Pool area is very quiet and relaxing. Taxis are available right at the hotel, which is an added advantage

All went very well...

Especially I liked the canteen and its Cheif for his vine recommendations and cheese plates.

there was no spa facility available I think they should consider to add it.
