Simple rooms with all the right things. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL!I missed first morning but enjoyed second morning. Missed third morning duel to my leaving early!

Street access for pedestrians was difficult with car ramp right in front! Access by a taxi then for them to leave is impossible! GYM/POOL level marked G just like the G for ground floor! No buckets in room for ice.

The pool was climatized, the included breakfast was good, and actually the beds were really nice and comfortable, and the staff professional and attentive.

Short term availability of 3 rooms for 3 grown-ups. Swimming pool open air on the top deck, from 5am to 11 pm. No supervision. We received a courtesy from the Hotel as they are celebrating 8 years in Puebla. Breakfast restaurant very clean, good staff.

Information at Reception was incomplete as to pool hours, towels and access. You have to press a button with no explanation when wanting to get to the pool ramp. One pool ladder needs fixing. Reported. The pool tiles might need cleaning. No dressing area, no bath robe. No machine for drinks on floor 7 and sun deck. Free breakfast: There were 2 early groups finishing off everything, kids and coaches. Staff were having challenges to replenish, on a Sunday, even before 9 am!

The beds are really comfortable, it’s really clean. The breakfast it’s good, they have all the necessary and they have the best location

They don’t have windows, the only way to have air it’s from the air conditioner and my couple it’s allergic to it. So it was a problem. The ballet parking don’t want to park your car, and then ask you for tip

The room smell like humidity. Everything else was good

the room service and food was good. you need a room key to use the elevator up. i felt safe loved valet parking I was over driving and it was nice to have vehicle parked the breakfast was delish and had variety

the shower was a little dirty , looked like the edges were not really scrubbed

The room needed some maintenance upkeep. A little confusing at first with lobby not on ground level.

I liked that the room was clean and the staff was very polite, they were very helpful, also the swimming pool was nice, the water was warm and the view was very cool. I liked the gym facilities and room service.

I think the breakfast options for the buffet could be a bit better, but overall it was good.

Super kind welcome at reception, everyone was helpful and very polite.

We couldn't access the roof top pool, for some reason our room card didn't open the door. Although we could get in to the gym which is really nice.
