Chose this Hotel as I needed a hotel near my friends who were working so we could get together in the evening. The thing I liked was that it has both an excellent Italian and an equally good French restaurant, normally hotel restaurants are at best ok and offer poor value but these were both excellent. Otherwise the Hotel is a good modern well run international chain hotel, which meant it was clean, safe and well appointed with no risks.

Nothing really, it was as I it should have been for an international chain hotel. It is obviously a business hosting many corporate events and so as expected you will find restaurants and other facilities being used for these, although the hotel will have alternatives available for the other guests.

If you are going to Future Park then staying here is a no brainer. I wasn't there for future park but I will stay here again (or at least stay in a Bangkok Novotel again). The room was great with fantastic bedding and the restaurants onsite were all in the lobby and all really nice. I think they were all ran by the same team of staff but there is a French restaurant, an Italian Restaurant and a 'Brazilian style, eat all the different meats' restaurant. The Brazilian style one wasn't very good tbh (meat choices were limited) but the Italian was great and they even have a lunchtime bar area where you can sit just outside the main restaurant and have a drink, watch some sports on tv or just chill. The outdoor pool and well-equipped gym are excellent and open from 5.00 am.

All good, happy to recommend this to anyone.

Me and a colleague ate at the Sports bar 2 times. First time service food ok. Second time, we arrived at 18:32.... 2 mins after happy hour. Asked service if he could give me happy hour and he said he could not as it was past 18:30. So instead of buying beers with my meal I bought 1 water. To be honest it was a pathetic decision. Also the Ruben sandwich was poor I don't think they used quality brisket, it seems more like boiled ham. Also the size of the portions were on the small size. This experience was disappointing. That same night my colleague ordered an Indian dish, my sandwich arrived a shared pizza arrived ok. I ate all my dinner and the shared pizza, still no Indian dish arrived for my colleague . After waiting he cancelled his food. I think this service was extremely poor.

Location, room and facilities were very good. It was a pity that I had a poor experience at the Sports bar.

restaurant serve bad food I ordered vegetarian sandwich they brought filled with tomatoes 🍅 and green leafs ...very bad food served to me ...it's ok ....after that I never ordered any food from your restaurant ....we are foreigners ..we came trusted your place you have to respect our stay and serve us in góod manner now I am staying in Novotel jakarta cikini they serve good vegetarian sandwiches why u Thai people don't can? really I was very sad of your food served ....thank you don't serve like this food in future to any foreigners

1. Don’t use the QR code to order room service. It didn’t arrive for me. Instead, just dial 0 and have staff connect you to the in-room dining 2. I was here for a specific reason so chose to stay in the Rangsit area, but there isn’t much around the area or anything really to do, so if you want more than a mall that is close by, it’s still waiting for infrastructure to be built around the area

The room is clean and good smell every day, thanks to the staff who tidied up for me. Breakfast is also nice with many options available, I would recommend travellers yogurt smoothie and Phat Kaphrao.

The temperature of shower water on 9th floor (me and my two other coleagues) is unstable and hard to control, it either too cold or extremely hot.

Nice clean and modern hotel. We chose this hotel due to its location close to DMK airport and we were only about 15 mins away during morning traffic. Easy check in and check out.

The location was good for our one night stay but there was not much around the hotel. There was a new, large shopping mall but it was a bit of a distance away to walk. They may have offered a shuttle, but we were not informed of one. The sports bar had decent food but the DJ/"live music(?), was really loud and made it hard to have a conversation while eating.

Great location if you want to shop at Future Park. Easy 30 minute ride to Dong Mung Airport also.

Shuttle to Future Park was too quick to leave on return trip from Future Park. Needs to give guests enough time to walk to the pick up station even after calling ahead of time.

One of the shuttle buses to Future Park asked for a tip from my friend. A money tip, also known as a gratuity, is an extra amount. Tipping in Thailand is not compulsory, and it's generally considered a nice gesture for exceptional service, but it's not expected or required

the hotel was really nice. Only issue I had was with the AC unit in the room, it was very loud and may need some mainenance.

Very Good Hotel, very profesional staff. I will 100% be staying at this hotel again
