Exceptional Stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding customer service at the reception desk especially MUHAMMET he was so amazing and so friendly and so helpful with anything we would ask him and the service men helping you with bags were very kind. This is our second time at this hotel visiting istanbul. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and incredibly convenient location being close to sabiheh airport with easy parking right on site. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. Our room was spacious and clean, the cleaning ladies were very kind and friendly providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, our experience at Miracle was truly fantastic, and we will definitely be back!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. It is 6 min away from the Asian Airport which was important for us. All the staff is excellent starting from manager Tatyana, receptionist Rabia, waitress Hilal as well as all others, porters, writers, cleaners that delivered a proper 5☆ service. The spa is also pleasant. Can't wait to get back there.

Great location, 10 minutes to the airport via taxi, two minutes walking distance to a very big mall which contains tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, permanent fairground and cash machines. The rooms are quite big and clean. There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. My kids loved it! The breakfasts were great. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were amazing! They were super attentive, kind and cheerful. Finally, the cherry on the top is that this hotel is cheaper than the other five star hotels in the area!

Excellent hotel. Close to Sabiha airport and big mall. A large, beautiful and clean room, excellent staff with personal attention, especially at the reception, Mohamet and Burak We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The employees were friendly and caring. We were very happy that Rabia and Batuhan found solutions to help in every matter. We were very happy that we wanted the final preparations for an extra half hour and that they accepted this. The hotel was very clean. I think everyone who makes a reservation should definitely buy a package including breakfast because it is very delicious!

I think spa section is a private company and l didn’t like it at all. They came 5min late and left 10 min early. They didn’t ask if we have any health problem. In Europe you must fill the form so l suggest for them to apply same thing. In addition l wanted to have medical massage and l have bruise at my back.

This is our second time stay. Good location if you travel with car, close to the huge shopping area with a lot of restaurants and cafes. Comfortable beds, big rooms, nice view from the window. Fantastic breakfast variety. There is a very nice lady named Tatyana always helpful, polite and friendly can fix whatever issues. Thank you!

This time there was issues with cleaning. Time to time cleaners forgot to add water bottles or slippers, tea cups, they didn't clean the dust at all. I hope it will be fixed, because hotel is fantastic if not mind this small issues.

All was perfect. That was my second stay in this hotel. Firstly stayed over night before flight from Sabiha Gokcen airport but this time decided to book for 3 nights to enjoy place with my spouse. Nice spa center, gym and refreshing outdoor pool, perfect cuisine, lots of restaurants and impressive shopping mall nearby. Very friendly staff always ready to assist. Just a 5-10 minutes taxi drive from Sabiha airport

Of course, it's far from Istanbul main attractions. But for those who want to get a nice stay before or after the flight or like us to combine flight with several days of relaxation, it's really a great solution
