I was on a no meal plan. The room was very nice, clean and comfy. Also loved the fact that I had the option to make tea.

The only challenge I had was that the water did not run out off the shower stall readily. Apparently the drainage system is compromised so it took a while. Also there were black particles that came up out of the drain and floated around while the water was slowly draining away.

I really love the location easy access to the beach and the main strip. The apartment was clean and furnished with updated decor. Martin and Ms. Pauline were amazing and very helpful. I was impressed with everything. My first time in Jamaica and the details that Martin put together made the location easy to find. I highly recommend this property. I am looking forward to future booking here

My stay was too short. I wish I had booked for a longer stay because there was so much to enjoy in this hidden gem.

The food was excellent and the entire staff was superb! The older gentlemen at the gate greeted me with a beautiful smile every time we crossed paths. This resort is close to everything so it was easy to walk over to Margaritaville and to the Chukka Outpost. John Crowe restaurant across the street with great food, service and ambiance. A short taxi ride to Dunn’s River, Dolphin Cove and Mystic Mountain! It’s also on the Ocho Rios bay beach with security doing a fine job of ensuring only the guests of the property are allowed through the back gate to the beach. If you want to experience the daily Jamaican life then turn left when you exit the property and it’s there for you! Craft markets, food markets, Juci beef, Tastee and Mothers patties. This place was amazing because it a nice place in an ideal location. I’ll be back again!

There was a weird sound echoing throughout the complex during our last 2 days. I have no idea where it’s coming from but hopefully it’s fixed by now. Everything else was great!

Acess to every shops location fantastic. I love my ground floor room and location only whish I had a view of pool not car park.

The problems of getting on the beach. Why do a child need a band which they wont keep on. The security refuse to let a child in because the child lost the band even though the mother was wearing a band. Its too much why cant we access the beach through a gate from the property it self you have to walk all the way around. You have to be queuing to go on the beach its not ideal. Every properrty should have there own acess for people who are paying to use the accommodation. People arguing pushing pass to get on the beach. The room also need to be spray out properly too much mosquito. When the door is left open for a long period when cleaning a lot of mosquitos come inside the room. We got a lot of bites and my little boy woke up with a lot of bites.

It was a nice cozy spot, close to many shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Ms Pauline Barrett was the sweetest person ever! Very attentive to our needs. She answered anytime we called.

Not much entertainment on the property. And pool closed too early. We did have a problem with the water going out of the shower. The bathroom smelled of urine when you flush.

The studio was clean, peaceful , comfortable and has a womderful smell. My daughter and I enjoyed the ambiance that surrounds the hotel which is surrounded by lushous green gardens. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, everything was there that was needed like refrigerator, microwave, iron, flat screen tv etc. Everything you wanted was within walking distance. There are supermarkets, john crow taverns, kfc, burger king etc. There is a lovely swimming pool along with the beach that is close by. A restaurant is also on site close to the pool along with a bar where you can sit and chill. A great big up to the life guard, the tall dark guy ( not sure of his name). He was well attentive especially if you have smaller kids in the pool. Big up my rasta friend by the pool who made me a lovely steam fish with bammy 😊. Big up the 2 cats that check up on me every night at the studio. My daughter named one ginger and the other midnight. 😁 And i have to leave the best for last. A great big up to Miss Pauline who ensured that my stay was comfortable and assisted me with anything that was needed. Love you Pauline and hope to see you soon 😊 I definitely would recommend persons to stay here. I would give 100 ⭐⭐ if i could. Will be coming back soon

The location was great. The apartment was renovated and felt lighter... This is my second visit. Miss Pauline keeps the place clean and she is very pleasant.

The apartment is close to the pool where music is played in the evenings,so if you're looking for quiet nights, this is not for you.

I like the atmosphere at night, music and pool area with games. The woman who showed us to our room was lovely.

The lifeguard was extremely rude and aggressive. The bathroom in the room was small with no water pressure in the shower.

I liked the lady that came and changed the sheets and provided clean towels and looked after the room

The renter helped me with directions to get there that was an hour long and directions to get back to the airport upon leaving! Excellent customer service! He made sure my family and I were safe! Thank you Martin!

The beds weren’t so comfy, but we slept and was tired from being out all day.
