The location is amazing just above the blue lagoon. It is so quiet and calm and the view is breathtaking. The staff is lovely and the room was clean.

There are no restaurants nor shops around, better arrive with water and snacks especially if you don’t have a car. The hotel just provides breakfast. I stayed three nights and the room has never been cleaned, for me it was not a problem but maybe is not what you are expecting for the price.

Great customer service! I was travelling as a family group using 3 rooms. Some of our travellers had asked for extras that made more work for them, which they could have easily said no to, they were very accommodating and easy going. The breakfast was fantastic. The common area and the view from the top balcony is really nice.

The bed was a bit soft for me, access to a beach before 9am is difficult. Security for that area might let you in, or might not.

We were a group of five, family and friends Noel and the ladies made our stay very comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing. They were also very knowledgeable about the area. The property was literally a stones throw away from the Lagoon which was nice. Beautiful views of the sea from the Villa, really nice all round. Felt really relaxed.

You really needed a car, we got around with taxi's but car I think would of allowed more freedom.

The staff was exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and it felt like we were at home. You can tell that the structure has a rich history from its stone walkways, wooden patios and the different textures in the space. This is what really made the stay so authentic. We had a direct view to the lagoon and the ocean which was calming.

Only change I would have made would be the installation of a mini fridge in the bedrooms.

Moon San Villa is a very small, though friendly and cosy Villa with a wonderful staff. Each morning, we could choose our own breakfast style and enjoyed it in the dining area overlooking the famous blue lagoon. The Villa itself is located in the northeast of Jamaica, not so touristic with not very maintained roads, yet beautiful beaches. Worth staying a few nights if you like it quiet and laid-back.

The roads around Moon San Villa are in bad condition and should urgently be renewed. Blue Lagoon is officially closed, however, there is a little secret path to reach it and enjoy a beautiful swim😊

Beautiful view from the room. Unique building against the cliff. Free delicious breakfast (Jamaican and American options). Nice common areas to hang out in.

Very small bathroom. Your knees bang into the sink when you sit on the toilet. You can barely stand at the sink because the door is so close behind you. It’s too small to get dressed in. The toilet seat cover kept moving and was broken.

Room was very comfortable with lovely towels plus with a great view of the Blue Lagoon. Breakfast was cooked fresh and we had access to coffee in our room beforehand. Quick access down some stairs to the entrance of the Blue Lagoon was definitely a bonus. Great staff.

It is definitely better if you have a hire car to get around and the spiral stairs could be challenging if someone has a disability.

Easily accessible by cabs right at the main road and a few steps away from the blue lagoon! Our room was overlooking the bay and the homemade breakfast was very delicious. The hosts kept our luggage and let us check out late on our departure day allowing for us to enjoy almost a full day at the lagoon.

This is a lovely villa overlooking the sea by the Blue Lagoon. The road up is quite rough, but we were fine with a 4x4. Once there, Greg upgraded our room to one with a sea view, which was very nice. Breakfast each morning was great - we had a choice of 'western' or 'Jamaican' breakfast. There is also a lovely view of the sea from where you eat each morning. The room was spacious and clean (with a TV already connected to Netflix) - our only comment here was that it would have been good to have a more obvious place to dry swimsuits etc. The staff were very friendly: they organised excursions and dinner reservations for us, and we also went on a lovely boat trip with Nick to the Blue Lagoon and nearby Monkey Island (this was actually included in the price, so no extra charge). The villa is in an ideal location for pretty much any activity in the Port Antonio area, with most activities a short drive away (except for the Blue Lagoon which is literally on the doorstep!). All in all, we had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

There is no secure parking. There is a public parking spot in front of the villa where we kept our car and, in the end, the car was perfectly fine - just worth bearing in mind.

The Blue Lagoon is not what it used to be as the surroundings look likes a construction side and hustler all around.
