We were there during the Easter long weekend in mid-April and it was not too busy at all. Amazing service from the staff although English was a struggle. Beautiful resort, our room was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the free shuttle to the airport (although unfortunately upon arrival from Osaka the last shuttle for the day already left).

Expensive onsite dinner. The beach is nice but nothing extra (nothing to really see while snorkeling). If you want to check out other places in the island, get a car. Taxi service at the hotel is impeccable (you can preorder etc) but getting back was a struggle.

Lovely location, resort was larger than expected. I also liked the little villas you stay in. Great beach seconds from your residence which had marine sports available. I went during off season but there was still a lot on offer.

Lack of food options. The few availible were very nice but very expensive. Lunch options were very few. Wifi dropped out often in my room, this may be due to the distance from the access point of my particular villa.

Loved the room design and size, the breakfast, the pool and the beach. The facilities were well kept and staff was nice.

There are two things I didn’t like. 1. The mold stains and moldy smell in the room were a concern the moment I walked in. I asked to be changed to a new room which they did (thankfully they had availability in a newer wing), and that one also smelled mouldy but less than the first one. Still, I think they should do a survey of their rooms and improve on this. 2. Two days out of the four we stayed here it rained and it was cloudy, and I found that there was a lack of facilities/activities in the resort for rainy days (mainly if you go without kids). Also the massages were always fully booked.

The location is absolutely stunning. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were beyond lovely, so polite and helpful. They carried my suitcases to my room and were generally wonderful. The Japanese / Chinese restaurant on site is to die for, such delicious food. They offer a free shuttle service from the airport too, timed perfectly for flights. Everything there just felt easy, like they have you covered.

I wasn’t overly enthused by the western breakfast. It was often very crowded and it was quite average.

The food in the restaurants was very good, and offered a wide variety of western and Japanese dishes. The ocean view from our room was great and the pool was excellent (if a little cold at this time of year). The glass bottom boat tour was interesting.

Fusaki Beach Resort is spread along nearly 1 km of beach front. We were at the northern end, so the walk to and from restaurants and other facilities was rather long. Even in mid-March the resort was crowded. We were disappointed to find that on several occasions our chosen restaurant was fully booked well in advance. We should have made all our restaurant bookings much earlier. The northern car park was often full, which necessitated a long reversing manoeuvre down a narrow road, then relocation to the larger car park 200 m to the south.

The facilities are amazing, from the swimming pools, the baths, sauna and the gym. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff are very nice. Such a nice place to relax and refresh.

Nothing particular, just note that this is a family friendly hotel so there are a lot of children playing around by the pool/ at breakfast. It is quite far from the town centre and the busses does not drive often. Keep that in mind. The restaurant on the premises are quite expensive.

Nice facilities, gym, spa, japanese style bath, big rooms with great bathrooms, excellent soundproofing

No snorkeling visibility, no corals on this beach, no pool for swimmers outside, only to okay and paddle with kids and friends. Only complain: the day we left we couldn’t have breakfast the buffet was was over crowed with a long wait (it was golden wee) there was no alternative to enjoy the super breakfast, what a pity!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending our stay an extra night. The food was delicious! Breakfast and buffet dinner had a lot of variety. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4. The staff were all so lovely and gave great service. Pools were amazing! Just everything about this resort was perfect. We will definitely be back again.

Wasn’t a big deal for us but just a heads up, it’s a bit of a walk to the car parks.

ACTIVITY DISCRIMINATION! If your are above 60yo and don’t lie about your medication —> NO activity ! Even snorkeling ! I’m MD and propose a certificate, refused by whom ? A local agency employee…they wanted a certificate from local hospital MD, for 30’ snorkeling! local manager Maria was very unhelpful

A cheaper option to eat dinner would have been helpful. The cafe closed too early and the other restaurants were too expensive. Some more food choices in the store would have been helpful, like onigiri. It was difficult to sanitize my babies milk bottles as the microwave was too far away from my room. A shuttle bus service to the city center would have been helpful.
