The staff tried very hard to communicate with us in english and helped us as much as they could, which I felt was a lot and made things easier for us. The cleaners were also very considerate. Breakfast buffet was great as well, lots of variety and the menu changed daily. I travelled with my young children and they were able to choose atleast 5 options daily from the breakfast buffet. Parking is available outside the hotel for a small fee. Location is also far enough that you’re able to be out of the busy area but close enough that it’s only a 10 minute drive back towards the station and close to the motorway if you want to travel out further.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property. But I will leave some pointers here and hopefully it helps. They don’t have family rooms (we’re a family of 5, children 6yo, 4yo & 3yo) so we booked two rooms but they were accommodating enough to put us right next to each other. It would also be a far walk unless you plan on catching a bus or taxi or renting a car.

The breakfast is great and we appreciate very much on the food variety that we enjoy. We like the location and its security as well its cleanliness. Our rooms request to stay close with each other was answered.

Clean, easy checkin and checkout. Breakfast also was much better than what I usually see in similar level hotels!

The bathroom is quite small. A little bit more room would be better, but it does the job!

Pillows were not available and had to settle with the default breads pillow which caused a lot of discomfort and neck pain to all of us

Extremely reasonable price 👍 Breakfast was very healthy and tasty. Everywhere so clean and clean air as well. I like their organic hotel policy.

Breakfast pastries 🥐 were too dry.

They provided a kids amenities bag, there were onsen for male and female, the room was clean! Carpark was available too. Really can’t complain given the price point.
