From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted and treated like VIPs! I travel to many hotels and I'm sorry I can't remember his name, (it started with the letter M) but, he was so professional and walked us from the reception desk to our room and explained emergency exits, the reception number, and made himself available that night if we needed anything. The next morning he greeted us again and walked us out to the shuttle and was so respectful. He stayed outside at the door entrance until we left. I've never felt so welcome and I have told all my friends and family of this experience. The reception desk staff was also very nice. They provide shuttle service, although you can actually walk because it's so close to the airport.

Can’t beat the proximity to the airport for convenience of catching a flight. Food was done well (dinner & breakfast at the hotel restaurant) and the provided amenities were very handy. The free drink service was very much appreciated!

Walking to the hotel was a bit challenging which is why the hotel told me to call for a shuttle but I wanted to get some air after being on a bus for an hour. It was doable but a bit challenging to find the right path to the hotel.

This hotel exists primarily for people that need to catch the early flights out of the airport as the airport is some distance from the city. It’s very clean, quiet and the staff are very professional. You can be fed, although vegetarian options are limited, then get some sleep for your morning flight. The breakfast is excellent value and starts early enough.

I can’t really criticise this hotel, without nitpicking, and thus I have no complaints.

The lady at the reception with good command of English, and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage (also with good command of English) or extremely welcoming and helpful. They even helped us to book a cab for the next day. It was the best thing about the hotel. And the view is great, especially the garden behind the hotel.

We didn’t like the breakfast variety. I wish there were more options in varieties., but it was OK.

The staffs at the reception are really nice. I can have the necessary daily items such toothbrush, razor, facial cleaner, facial lotion, coffee, tea, etc at the lobby by myself instead of wasting the stuffs that I don't need comparing to other hotels. The location is near the Hiroshima airport, just 5minutes walk or you can also book the shuttle bus to pick you up at the airport to hotel by phone.

I found there is one 1-time use indoor slipper under my bed during I drop my charger and I was finding at the bottom of my bed. It seems like this one already been left for a long time and I am wondering do they vacuum the carpet.. The light in the room is not bright enough for working and the WiFi quality is not very good. The desk is broken at the bottom side.

The wonderful staff with friendly greeting and full explanation of all amenities and facilities. A free Welcome beverage before dinner. We were given a bath tablet to soak in the bath. The meal in the restaurant for dinner was excellent and they gave a 20% discount for in house guests. Breakfast catered for all diets and nationalities. Location 5min walk from airport and courtesy van provided.

Absolutely nothing

Proximity to the airport was very convenient. The hotel even offered a shuttle. The hotel is near gardens and park area which was quite enjoyable and peaceful. Accommodation had wester style rooms which were clean and comfortable. Additional perks like the welcome drink were appreciated.

Would not recommend the dinner restaurant. Price was high but taste was mediocre and meal cohesion was poor.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now. As the airport is quite some distance from the city, it provides an excellent place to stay if you have an early flight. You can walk from the hotel to the airport in about 3 minutes, although they do provide a bus if you don't fancy shifting your luggage along. The hotel is spacious and clean. It's nothing super fancy but performs beyond the price charged.

I don't have anything negative to say really. Perhaps if the window opened? But with this sort of hotel, you only stay there to rest before or after a flight and so your time there is limited.

We had to check out before breakfast time and the kitchen prepared us an incredibly good Bento breakfast box including orange juice to go. All the staff is amazing and was the friendliest one we ever had in our long travel history. They even arranged an extra air port bus shuttle for us to be at the airport before the official shuttle service started. Thank you so much for your great job!

Everything was perfect. Nothing bad at all.

We enjoyed walking the extended property with its large pond/lake, quaint covered wooden bridge, extensive paths. Being so close to the airport made it easy to catch an early flight. Convenient shuttle transfer to airport. Happy Hour(s)

Limited dining choices, but understandable in an overnight-only hotel. Some difficulty with communication at the front desk.
