The place is very nice, plenty of parking available and the room was spacious and very well organized. We were provided lots of towels and a washing machine was available in case we needed to wash them or our things. Amenities are provided and coffee and tea are also available in the common cafeteria. The staff was very helpful and kind. The resort is very well known and we never had to share the address with any taxi driver, which made going out quite easy. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms but allowed by the entrance where the ashtrays are places. Since the main door of the unit is always open this resulted in the entrance be a little stinky when someone decided to smoke. Maybe set a rule that the main door must be closed before smoking would be enough to prevent that.

Really like the size of the room (so big!) and the kitchen with microwave and cooking area is a definite bonus! You can also find a washing machine for those who may stay for a longer time. The room overall is quite clean too! I love how easy it is to park my car directly outside the apartment too!! :D

The air conditioner is bit noisy.....Can hear the stepping noise from the 1/F above (but it is inevitable given the design of the house). The washroom lacks some hangers to hang my clothes (end up putting them on the washing machine lol)

Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. And these were really good points about the hotel: 1. The hotel was super clean and very nice. 2. Rooms were very spacious and thoughtfully prepared. 3. The front desk staff members were so helpful and kind. 4. The location was good as well. It was about 800- 900 yen to the city center with taxis. 5. You can rent bikes or workout equipment from the hotel. I'd definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

Overall, I can't think of things I didn't like much.

The location was great, short drive to all places we wanted to visit! Amenities provided daily was nice.

The air conditioning unit was right above one of the beds and in my opinion wasn’t in best location, and this is more of a personal thing.

Great place, and it was so clean we were thinking we were the first visitors in our unit :) Also has a nice common place with free coffee and an awesome soccer machine. Altogether really good stay with no complains about anything.

Would be great to have a phone landline. If you are an international traveller, you'll have to book all activities over the phone call, which you won't be able to do in most cases. Also as a nice to have, car rental would be nice.

Location is perfect, close to city center and popular beaches. Rooms and facilities are all clean, just like the photos on the website. Free coffee service and mini-arcade at the front is awesome.

The room was very spacious and we had enough dishes and utensils to eat and cook for ourselves without any hassle. There was free tea and burnt coffee available in the lobby next to the front desk. We are from California, and the hotel did feel a bit like home, so I guess it's somewhat authentic. There's Blue Seal ice cream for sale next to the front desk.

The TV HDMI port was in the back of the TV so we could not hook it up to our devices. There was no dryer so washing laundry was a bit of a hassle to hang the clothes in the room, which made it a bit humid. The bathroom had a little bit of grime.

Spacious room, all utensils provided where you can do your own cooking, washing machine. It is very convenient. We would have stayed longer if we didn't already paid another one.
