Friendly Staff each time I have visited! They have gone out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect! The ONSEN was always clean and is great relaxing spot either morning or afternoon. I found it really help with my back pain when I was racing at the track all day and changing tyres! The pub across from the hotel is great spot to get very fair price meal and drink. The street the hotel is placed on is always well presented and also enough parking to suit the hotel and it guest which is great to not have to stress about parking

Breakfast was very nice. I enjoyed the japanese breakfast with fish; curry, oden with miso soup and rice. The osen would clean and not crowded. The area is great for hiking for all levels. I 76 yrs old...but the hike downhill from the hotel was beautiful. The few shops provide manji and cookies for purchase. The wifi was excellent. The local bus to Nihonmatsu is very cheap.

I would they have more English speakers on staff. It is probably diffuclt to fine them.

Tattoo friendly onsen hotel! This location is perfect if you are looking for easy access to Ebisu Circuit, hiking, or skiing in the area. Has a couple nice izakayas withing walking distance as well as a conbini. Staff were friendly and courteous. Very good value for the room size and location. Onsite parking is limited but the staff can show you where to park nearby.

Onsen could use some updating and deep cleaning but was still a good experience.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights for Drift Matsuri in November. We were blown away by how big our room was. The staff were so friendly, even if they didn't speak a lot of English, but made the effort to help you where they could. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved waking up to the view of the mountains in the distance.

The continental breakfast wasn't what I imagined it would be but it wasn't the end of the world, we just grabbed more food from the Family Mart at the end of the road.

Very friendly staff - we wanted to go to the Ebisu circuit nearby, and one of the receptionists offered to drive us there (we ended up taking a taxi). Very nice traditional Japanese room with lots of space. Great natural spa (onsen). Very cool reception, with a bar and a good space to hang out with friends. Would go back with more friends.

Had to rent Yukatas to go to the in-house onsen (300 yen). Small price, but I feel these should be free, as per usual in most places in Japan.

The staff was incredibly helpful. And even offered to drive me to ebisu Circuit when I called a taxi too late and wasn't going to make it on time. I would not expect that from anywhere and they were incredible to me. Room was nice, easy to get to ebisu, and the Onsen was wonderful. Perfect one night trip for me.

We loved the natural onsen attached to the hotel. The rooms were also big (we had two single king size beds for two people), plus an ensuite, they also had the option to hook up your Netflix account to their TV, which gave us the option to watch TV before bed time.

Nothing on our end. The location of the inn was very remote but because we drove, it wasn’t an issue for us. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you didn’t have a car, as the town can be dead at night. There was one izakaya bar opened and a family mart but apart from that - nothing was really opened.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Japan so far. Fantastic location with hot springs and onsen free to use, racing Simulator, amazing staff that's so friendly and gave me treats and fruit when I was working down in the lobby / relaxation area. This hotel was also close to Ebisu Circuit which is where I went everyday for a week. Love this spot and I'm hoping to come back soon.

Onsen facility is fantastic, Entertainment area in the lobby is large and perfect for big groups, rooms are always kept tidy and clean, fresh towels and condiments provided every day, bar in the lobby area is fantastic for winding down after a long day.

The things I liked were the Staff, they were very friendly. The onsen, it was nice and relaxing to soak in. The area around the building was very cool, and it was close to a very good restaurant. The view from our room was amazing.

It was a little confusing trying to find our way in from the parking lot, not really a big deal.
