Spacious rooms, an on-site breakfast buffet, and a garden and shrine grounds adjacent to the property make for a peaceful, relaxing stay. It's a very short walk from Higashimatsuyama Station to the hotel. There's a coin laundry on site and restaurants within 10 minutes on foot. If you are planning a visit to Shinrin Koen, the Maruki Museum, or the Saitama Zoo, this is a great place to stay and is particularly suited for those traveling with children.

While the facilities have been recently refurbished, the carpets are a little worse for wear. The coin laundry is in the public bath area, so is hard to access when it's not your gender's bathing time.

Good breakfast spread and accommodating team who were willing to help change rooms because the smoking room triggered my son’s asthma. Their hotel is very dated and the standard twin is very small, but they have maintained good standards of cleaning. Better to contact property directly to get bigger rooms - deluxe twin / deluxe double. They do provide most amenities. It is about a 8 minute walk from the train station.

The hotel rooms and toilets are very very dated, like broken tiles etc, also their comforters are not placed into sealed bedsheets which can feel quite unhygienic when using.

One of the good hotel(not luxury) with good breakfast. People are very nice and treats customers with a good hospitality. the price of that night I stayed was quite cheap. I had way better quality of stay than how much I paid for the night.

The big common bath was not warm enough.
