discrimination against people with tattoo. will not be able to use hotel facilities if you have tattoo. why is this discrimination still possible in a western chain hotel in 2025??

The rooms are nice and spacious which we loved, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed having a little balcony and they do have a washer and dryer you can use for a small price. Microwave is also in the laundry room as we discovered. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good, a mixture of western and Japanese food. Very close to the Blue Cave and close to plenty of other beaches.

There isn’t much in the area, closest convenience store is about a 6 minute drive - you’ll definitely want a car if you’re staying here! The private beach is quite rocky so bring some water shoes and a towel or something to lie on. We booked a sea view room but we couldn’t see much of the ocean due to the trees between the hotel and the beach. Could possibly recommend some more amenities in the room, I think there was a just a kettle and some cups.

Although the hotel had many guests, it never felt overcrowded. The common areas remained pleasant and easy to enjoy without any disturbances. Being so close to the ocean was wonderful—swimming and snorkeling were effortless and added a special touch to our little vacation. In addition, the buffet breakfast offered a generous selection, and we truly appreciated being able to enjoy it peacefully each morning.

The room was advertised as having a sea view. While the large window did face the ocean, the view was completely obstructed by tall, dense vegetation, making it impossible to enjoy the scenery.

You have 3 wasching machines and 3 drying machines. The room was quite big and beautiful beach view. Pool included. Parking available at the hotel.

Nearest Combini is 5-10 min. drive away, and restaurant with vegetarian options are quite limited, but we found a really good one called "Plant-Based Restaurant Gajimaru". You have to get a key to unlock he washing machine and also have to bring your own detergent or buy it, however, the people on the desk are happy to help you through this. Nothing with the hotel specific, but get a car to get here. I never tried it but there are some buses in the city itself, i think.

This is a fantastic hotel located right next to a beautiful beach, and it even has its own private beach. The hotel dinner was absolutely delicious — I highly recommend making a reservation for it. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all very friendly, and the restaurant chef was excellent. There’s also a grocery store nearby with clearly marked prices, and the owner was very kind. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The view of the sea was lovely. Breakfast was good, with a large selection of options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Having a 'private' beach was the highlight.

The dinner options are very limited (set-menu) and pricey given you are required to eat a three-course meal. It was also the same menu every night for the week I was there. Therefore, I chose not to eat dinner at the hotel. The location of the hotel is slightly remote with limited public transport options so travelers should be aware if you are not hiring a car.

It's so close to the private beach, literally 2 min walk, absolute dream! The team are very lovely and helpful. We are vegetarian and they accommodated us a lot and we're very mindful and caring. If you don't have a car but want to go discover some other places nearby, it's also very easy to walk, and there are lovely restaurants north and south!

I didn't realise it was that far from Naha Airport so I had to book last minute stays near the airport to be able to reach and leave the hotel. More my fault than theirs but just something to keep in mind when booking!

Large room with a balcony and great views over the private beach and the ocean. Breakfast was decent (a little repetitive) but overall happy with the food. Staff were extremely friendly at all times and very helpful. Ample parking on site but a small daily charge applies. Private beach is very tidal and only really swimmable at high tide but still good to have. Location is just 5 minutes from some great snorkelling spots and is a great base to explore the island from (car is essential). Would happily recommend the hotel, especially considering the good value.

Some parts of the hotel are quite modern (for e.g the lobby) but the rooms do show their age. Everything was clean and functional but don't expect anything fancy. Bit frustrating to pay 500Y a day to park, seems unnecessary. Twin beds in the room are quite small (standard double).

Breakfast was simply awesome. Has a great astounding view. Crew were friendly and professional. The pool was clean and calm. However, the location was little bit hard to get there (we took a bus) Nevertheless, this location gave us wonderful experiences to us.

There are no convenient store around hotel. But some stores are located around there, so don't worry
