It is a beautifully designed condo in a nice residential area of Yomitan. We stayed in the very comfortable deluxe twin room with full kitchen and large bathroom. It is within walking distance to the beaches and even some restaurants. The grounds are furnished with local plants and it seems you are part of a lush tropical forest. The workers are very friendly and helpful and they have everything you need in case you forgot a toothbrush or shampoo. There is a rooftop deck to watch the sunrise or sunset or have a snack in the middle of the day. There was plenty of parking for our rental car and it had an elevator for the three level condo. A pay washer and dryer is available with free laundry detergent pods. It’s the little details that make this place great.

Good value. Cute apartment with lots of plants The room with 2 bed: the kitchen has everything like kettle, rice cooker, toaster. But all in cabinet and counter top space is tight. Ok if you do not need to use. The room with 3 bed: toaster etc has a space for it, you can use with ease. If need to use kitchen, then this room with 3 bed is recommended. Coin Washer and free dryer outside room. Parking is easy. Location is remote but is what i expected

Room with 2 bed, i find it too small and cramp for my comfort. Balcony is abit too tight for lounging and is not design to sit and chill.

The CondHotel is very clean and modern, and the staff is down to earth and friendly. It is in the middle of a residential area, so you get a nice feel for what it's like to live in Yomitan. The room is a good size with a refrig/freezer, microwave, rice cooker, single cooking plate, plates and utensils. Amenities like shampoo and soap are in the reception area if you forgot to bring your own (eco friendly). The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

There was a strange intermittent "clanging" or "clunking" noise that we heard at night. Couldn't figure out what it was - the A/C duct when it kicked on, or something blowing in the wind and banging against the building or a window. Other than that, it is very quiet place to recharge after a day of touring Okinawa.

The room was perfect for a group of 3 people. Everybody had a big bed and enough space. The staff was really friendly and everything time we asked for something they took the extra mile. We asked for a recommendation for dinner, and they made a reserved for us and took us there. When we ask them to order a taxi to the airport they offred to drive us them self ( and for a cheaper prize)

Most stuff is not in the direct vicinity, but if you're ok with walking 20-30 minutes, you'll be fine.

It was close to the venue of the wedding we attended to. It had big beds, spacious bathroom, the vibe of the place and the host.

The first impression when you walk into the building is just breathtaking. It was like we stepped into a botanical garden, surrounded by all kinds of beautiful plants. Immediately my fatigue from the journey was lifted by the sight. The check-in was seamless and the staff extremely helpful. We had a small child and the women at the counter gave him a little treat which was lovely. The interior was absolutely amazing, all modern facilities that was nothing short of expectations.

The room is very clean and cozy!!The environment is very good! Their room smell very comfortable:))) Love so much~ Highly recommend the cafe which near the hotel. The place called "tsuchinaru" And if you go to this hotel you can also try the cafe!!It's very delicious and creative! Best place in okinawa!Thank you so much୧( "̮ )୨✧ᐦ̤

The room provides useful bowls, cups and utensils. There is a washing machine.

The location is not easy to find, between small alleys. I would prefer the ones in town next time.

The hotel is wonderful and full of nature! The owners are truly kind and always available for any questions. There is a washing machine and dryer available! All appliances were new and working well.

Sadly the kitchen did not have enough power inlets to cook and microwave at the same time. Also, the refrigerator was a bit loud.

Very interesting architecture, cozy and clean. Very friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. All just like in the pictures. Location is good but best to use a rental car. By car there are many sights close by such as beaches and Zakimi castle.
