+ really good place as the metro Station was immediately outside the hotel + room was good all you needed was there - TV only sharing with your phone no normal TV and so no News or funny Japanese TV shows 🤣 - the Metro ststion is very Close BUT NO ELEVATOR so if you have a Big baggage it's a lot of stairs to go up

The location was excellent, right outside was the Nagata Subway Station. Across the street was a grocery store, pharmacy store and Family Mart and Lawson were nearby. I also paid for the breakfast buffet which was very good and staff were attentive.

The room was small but clean.

The staff were very friendly and also helped me with the Ta-Q-Bin (delivery) service for my luggage. The location was also great to get to various parts of Osaka and learn the subway system.

I stayed here last year so was happy to come back. Loved the onsen and so close to Nagata station was very handy. Across the road are restaurants, cafe and grocery store.

Staff are very friendly. Rooms are comfortable and well priced. Location is great being near a station. Public bath allows customers to experience a traditional Japanese bath. Would definitely stay there again.

That the staff was polite.. Room and toilets etc were clean. Location was convenient and just a few steps away from the train station so that was a big plus point.

Hotel is right on top of Nagata station on the chuo line which is very convenient. Also, there's a public bath that's available for hotel guests!

It's a good place to stay on a trip to Osaka, It's not in a central district, but still quite accessible. We really liked the interior of hotel and onsen. Rooms are very light and cheerful!

The hotel is close to the metro station. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The room is clean and nice.

Great hotel. Nearby train station,conbini, supermarket,and nice restaurant. The hotel has public bath which is very nice 👍🏻 Will be back for sure.
