The resort is very big and quiet which is very peaceful. After checked out, I left my item (teddy bear) behind and realized it when I had already return to the city. I then tried to contact the hotel and received a very helpful respond very quickly. Finally staffs (Taniguchi-san) managed to send back my teddy bear to deliver to the hotel I stayed in the city just before I left to airport. Very impressed!!

It's a little far from city area (ie. restaurants, convenience stores) and driving down the hill in the dark is quite difficult to drive.

Sprawling resort that is perfect for slow and easy holidays. We love the many complimentary activities, like marshmallow-toasting under the stars and rides to the seaside to catch the sunset; abundant amenities for relaxation, like hammocks and deck chairs in serene parts of the resort. There are walking/running trails around, which are great for exploration and exercise. Be sure to book a set dinner at the restaurant - food is top rated and visually stunning. We had two servings of Matsusaka beef - one grilled with miso and the other done as a western-style steak - and they turned out to be one of the best things we ate on our 14D retreat in Japan. The cosy lobby lounge offers free coffee in the afternoons, and guests are welcome to put their favourite vinyls on.

Our room was fully carpeted, so it was a little musty and triggered our dust allergy. We just dealt with it with our antihistamine.

Got many activities available for a fee. Have morning yoga class. Although conduct in Japanese but still able to follow the poses with instructor. Got bonfire marshmallow at the outside area for free. Summer time would be nice to come here. But I can tell the room rate would probably twice what I am paying now. As summer time the outdoor area would be nice to have many of the outdoor activities available. The breakfast got many choices, love their pudding and steamed tofu. All home made not those commercial flavors. Free coffee at the Cafe area.

Not a disklike. Just a suggestion. Didn't know they have mikimoto spa for facial and body treatments, should have booked in advance and hope the hotel would advertise more and send us message with details of their available activities and spa after we made booking. Then we could have planned to come earlier to make use of it.

Breakfast was good. Night walk and clear skies with so many stars Coffee and marshmallow bonfire Golf cart ride around the property with amazing views and beach Dinner service was really nice Satoumi Staff was early nice and helpful We had good and relaxed time. Pool was warm. Cold pool would have been better :) All in all a really good experience would be happy to go back. The staff and hospitality was really great.

Definitely a really good place to stay. Full of beautiful nature, very serene, and peaceful. In the evening there was free stargazing experience that they offer, along with marshmallow by the campfire. The staff and the services were excellent! Top notch hospitality. The onsen was also great, a much needed relaxation after a long day. I will definitely return and stay here again next time

Nothing, I wish I'd spent more time here

The 2 meals are fantastic! Way beyond my expectations. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Good location to watch stars at the night. The most highlighted thing is of course the MIKIMOTO pearl onsen and facial treatment!

The room we stayed is outdated, but very spacious. The staff couldn't speak English well. Better to book the activities at least 1 week in advance. Especially the MIKIMOTO pearl facial treatment, but seems they only accept reservation via phone.

Beautiful hotel at a secluded location! All activities were available, we were able to cycle, have marshmallows in the evening, fishing, hot spring bath, table tennis. Sadly the pool was not open yet but nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time with our 2 boys (12 and 6 year old)

Perhaps some parts of the hotel could do with a little upgrade with more restaurants on site.

Really enjoyed the free activities such as the bonfire and marshmallow event. The pearl spa experience and the natural fruit juice was very enjoyable. Hotel staff was amazingly helpful and courteous and even reminded me that my light in the car was left on. The postal service is a really nice touch which allowed us to send post cards that we purchased in our travels. There were even little snacks and green tea representing the local area Ise's foods completely free! There was even a torch for night walking.

Extraordinarily caring services. Amiable staff who thoutfully prepared every detail. Special appreciation to the gentleman who treated me very professionally throughout the stay. Although a relatively old resort, the room is decently sized to fit a family of three with great view of Ise-shima National park. The refurnishment made the experience with no compromise. The onsen offered at the resort is clean while offering a variety of pools. The dinner and breakfast are also of good quality. It is strongly recommended because of its value!

A lot of festive activities for Halloween, maybe activities you can join, very nice onsen and finally a restaurant with scrumptious set dinner

It's out of the way if you aren't driving and getting around the various facilities either means a lot of walking or renting a buggy. Regular shuttle buses around the compound would be helpful
