The hotel is conveniently located right opposite the road to the southern entrance of the train station. The breakfast is great, given that it is included in the room rate. Multiple convenience stores are located right next to the hotel and there is an Aeon department store 10 minute walk away.

The room is quite compact but we fit in fine with two 25-inch luggages. Everything checks out and we don't have much to complain.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Every interaction was met with a smile and genuine courtesy, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. One of the standout highlights was the complimentary drinks service in the evening, including alcoholic beverages — a delightful surprise that added a special touch to our nights. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety to start the day right. We were particularly pleased to see the hotel’s strong commitment to sustainability. The SDGs concept was clearly and thoughtfully implemented, reflecting a genuine effort to operate responsibly — a big plus in today’s world.

The staff was very friendly. Free drinks in the evening. Extra pillows are being provided. Some other free stuff that was nice to have (razor, beauty products, ...). Free breakfast. Low price. Water is drinkable and does not have a chlorine taste/smell.

Small bathroom, even for japanese standard. Room was slightly noisy, because it was located near the AC system outside. But with earplucks there were no troubles sleeping. Breakfast is japanese style, not inherently bad, but be prepared that it might not fit your taste buds if you are not from here. One thing bothering me was that there was a pillow specifically only for women. Shouldn't be that way in 2024 in my opinion. But I took one as a man and no one actually cared.

Impecably clean rooms, great service and location close to the train station. The daily breakfast had plenty of options and it was very handy having the washing/dryer machine room available (only 100 Yen per cycle). We used the hotel parking during our stay. The rooms are small (as advertised) and the bathrooms are very small (as advertised), so if you need a lot of space, this might not be the right place for you. The size was not an issue as we hardly spent time in the rooms during our stay.

This hotel was a short walk from the train station and had a wonderful, welcoming staff. The small room was clean and tidy and provided a haven while storming and rainy outside. The breakfast was basic yet good, and there were amenities nearby, such as a Starbucks and kombini. When I had to wait longer than anticipated for a train to leave, they kindly let me stay in the eating area while I read with my luggage.

A greater variety of foods for breakfast would have been great, but this was a great place to stay for one evening.

Hotel is right across from the Tottori train station, so very convenient. Amazingly well equipped with anything you could possibly need in the room or available for use. Didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the free included breakfast but was impressed with the variety of non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages that were free during the cocktail hour. Great value stay!

The bathroom was small, very much like a cruise ship bathroom. But had everything you needed. The standard pillows were those hard bean types but thankfully they had a pillow wall in the lobby so you can pick another pillow if desired.

The hotel is within a 5 min walk from the train station. Though it’s on the quieter side of the station, but it’s also within 10 minute walking distance to the fast food restaurants and Aeon supermarket. The breakfast area is converted to a rest and relax area with free alcohols and cocktails for guests who are having their take out dinners. Microwave are free to use too. The receptionists also tried their best to communicate to you in English and arrange all of our rooms on the same floor. Check-out procedures are seamless as all payments are made during check-in.

Free rental bicycles are available but I wished it was better maintained and in a better condition.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient(even though need to pay). The 'welcome drinks' at night was a surprise. Free flow of various drinks for every night.

The breakfast, even though was good, but they were not many varieties. For the four days we stayed there, the breakfast did not changed much. The breakfast could have English descriptions for others to know what they are eating.

Close to the station and rental car business. Had a fun little pillow wall you could pick a pillow from (especially exciting because not all pillows on the wall were full of plastic)

We were a little confused about whether or not the location had a public bath. The website has pictures of it, it was mentioned in the elevator, and I'm pretty sure there are photos on booking.com too. But when we asked about it at the front desk they said it didn't exist. No big deal, it was just confusing. The room had a motion sensor light that couldnt be turned off, which was kind of annoying when one of us got up in the night to use the bathroom. The room also had a bunk bed with a note saying they would not make the bed for us. Cool, fine, we made the bed. But then room service came and unmade it. So we made it again, and just to avoid that happening we said no to room service the rest of our stay.
