The location is excellent — 10/10. You can enter the hotel immediately after exiting Toyohashi Station, making it very convenient for travel. Getting around is quick and easy. Just take the elevator down and you’ll find a convenience store right at the bottom of the hotel. The room is clean and lives up to the standard of the most luxurious hotel in the city.

Noise from the hallway can be heard inside the room to some extent. Fortunately, I didn’t encounter any loud or disruptive guests, but if someone opens their door and shouts to another person, the sound does come through. The hotel does offer coin-operated laundry machines, but there are only three of them, so it's often a long wait — sometimes until late at night — to get your laundry done. It would be much better if more machines were added. However, the hotel has addressed this issue by providing a QR code linked to a website where you can check the status of the machines, such as whether a cycle is almost finished or how many minutes are left.

We had three nights in Toyohashi and this was an EXCELLENT place to stay. In the train station, there are plenty of food choices as well as other shops to look around. It was a great place to launch our 1/2 day journey to Nagoya as well. We took advantage of the laundry machines which wash and dry all at the same time and are internet connected so you can see if one is available before going there. Bonus tip: there is a bigger family mart right outside the station that has a larger selection!

IDK, we would have taken advantage of a breakfast option but it seemed pricey.

Clean and comfortable room. Great view of the railway. Helpful and professional staff. Very good location although I missed the entrance inside the station as it was slightly concealed by construction work. Very reasonable price.

The computer doesn't let you complete the check-in procedure without giving permission for your data to be used for marketing purposes.

Suited our needs while visiting family in the surrounding area.

Everything was great! Nothing to complain about.

The location is extremely convenient. The room was very clean and the window was overlooking the city scape which made it perfect to do some work in the morning. The check-out time was 12 at noon which is so much more relaxed than other hotels.

I wish I could have chosen the floor, but that's a minor issue. Overall - great value for the money! Strongly recommend!

The location was fantastic, so convenient for rail and access to business and restaurants. Good quality machine free coffee at reception was a bonus waiting for customers and colleagues. Good English made seeking help very easy - thank you.

This hotel is directly connected to the train station, which is just so nice. The hotel has a nice lobby and comfortable clean rooms.

This is a somewhat tight room, not the worst but not no the best. No issues if you are used to that sort of thing.

Great location, easy access to the train station. Clean hotel and rooms. Great sound proofing (couldn't hear our friends next door), easy check in and check out.

Check in took a while. On the booking page, the corner room looked like it has glass windows at the corner but the corner room looked like a normal room.

Location so close to station and many good eating places and supermarket straight opposite. Was quiet with great view. Luggage storage good. Staff nice. Great buffet breakfast.

Pillows a little hard. Not many attractions to see in town - had to get a train again to go to beach or Shrine but some good shops and eateries around.

Very good location, literally just at the station. Place was decently spacious to open 2 luggages with ample walking space. You can connect to Youtube on their TV.

Not sure if the fridge is working but its currently winter so it wasn't really needed
