We always look forward to staying here when we visit our family in Tahara. The bus from the station is convenient for those visiting the area by train. The breakfast buffet is great and something we look forward to every time we stay. Room is comfortable with nice views of the surrounding area.

Adjusting your schedule to go to the breakfast buffet around the large tourist groups is a little inconvenient but understandable.

A friendly welcome from the staff. A huge, spacious, clean and comfortable room. A fun activity for kids to do with a lovely and generous prize on completion. Fantastic elevators. We hardly had to wait at all.

Lots of variety and delicious items at breakfast. It’s just a shame that much of the hot food (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, etc) was stone cold. It’s a buffet. I expect that we were just unlucky with our timing.

For our purposes, visiting family, the location was excellent, south the of the train station area which can get congested, especially if you're traveling by car. Staff was friendly and helpful and it sits right next to a fun shopping area with plenty of eating options nearby. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the view from upper floors is really nice. We look forward to staying there again.

For the price, I expected more amenities like mouthwash, etc. The hotel sits right next to, and is close to several large pachinko parlors which gives the area around the hotel a slightly different vibe than a destination hotel normally would. The pillows were the old style, bean filled types which we can all agree are horrible.

The convenience of shuttle bus from the train station to hotel was good! Their breakfast had good selections. The location was excellent that everything was in walking distance; shopping, coffee and restaurants. We had good size room and clean. Hotel helped with luggage delivery to airport.

This hotel is a little removed from town so the morning and evening shuttles were really helpful. The room was spacious and towel service etc... was prompt. There is a microwave downstairs and a photocopier (did not use but they are there). Check in and out was easy.

A shuttle around check in time might be helpful. That said, public buses do have a stop right outside the hotel which you can get from the Toyohashi bus station (we used bay 1, bus 6, 230 yen). Walls can be a bit thin.

The breakfast was good and there were many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There were also restaurants available in the hotel.

The Staff were exceptional, the facilities were great. The location was also a bonus. Major shopping MEGA mall also within walking distance.

The shower head is not good while great volume of cold water comes first before warm water come out, not good feeling on showering.

the breakfast was really good , the bedroom was awesome we were in 5 2 adults and 3 children , very confortable.

the pilow was not to confortable , hard enouht to wake up with a neck pain.
