Breakfast & dinner included with long serving time, a few minutes' walk from the train station, reasonable price, very good time and money saving choice. Even if u mistakenly choose the smoking room, the smell was acceptable and only last for a few seconds after entering the room. Yonago is really a lovely peaceful place to spend some time on.

Client has to get the meal vouchers everyday, kind of annoying especially when the check-in counter is full. And it was unbelievable that I couldn't store my hand carry size suitcase when I checked-out at 9am. They said storage place is full😞 At this big hotel? Maybe bcoz its a Sunday?

Convenient and efficient hotel. Everything was correct and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice and abundant.

It is an old showa hotel so it might look dated and kitsch but I find these places quite charming. Nothing bad to say. Maybe the bed's mattress wasn't the newest and most comfortable but given the price and proximity to the station, the stay was wonderful with 2 windows on a high floor, giving the room a nice view.

The breakfast, bathroom, and location are wonderful. I like their way to insert the key into the box and turn on the room's electricity.

Just a little inconvenience to dragging my luggage down to the counter. Nothing special.

The parking lot was full mostly. And the front desk placed at the bottom floor, it maybe not convience for the tourists with heavy luggages.
