The location of the hotel is just what it needs for the first comers who want to explore Aktobe city, because it is right close the the city center, where anyone can find anything, like restaurants, shopping malls, parks and many more. Also, the hotel serves a very good breakfast, which is the part of your reservation. Surely you can try other meals of the hotel, but since the hotel had so many food courts and restaurants nearby, we just didn't have time to reach the ones inside the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was exceptional, staff is very attentive, room cleaning was excellent, location of the hotel is great - close to shops and parks

1. The sound of working mechanism of the elevators can be heard in the rooms on the top floor 2. The curtains in the room were not black out so you will wake up with the sunrise

I like everything about property. But would like to my concern, in bathroom there should be body lotion available.

The bed was creaky. There was some strange sound in the room coming from above or the sides - it was like knocking for 30 sec with 30 sec pause, and knocking again. Like a some kind of mechanism. A bit disturbing at night.

Breakfast was great, location was great. Good value. Gym was small, but adequate for a work trip.

Staff didn't seem to understand that breakfast was included in the price and kept asking for me to pay again.

Outside the property, weather conditions wasn’t ideal, because in these days (May) something coming from trees & that’ll make heart or aches .

Excellent breakfast. A wide variety of meal options is accompanied by friendly, honest hospitality from the staff.

Everything was wonderful, it's not the first time, and after the renovation the hotel is much better, The breakfast is amazing, keep going you are wonderful.

The welcoming from receptionist without any smile, is like we disturbed them, also I called from the room and they didn't pick the phone to ask room service number, my suggestion is to put in the room restaurant and facilities number to avoid calling the reception which they don't answer

I found a room is very nice and comfortable. location is good as well, close to the shopping center and restaurants.
