Hotel itself is nice and comfy Service and staff exceptional. No extra words needed. All these are at highest level.

Hvac system is switched to heating only, while weather is hot. Was quite unpleasant in the room. Need to improve HVAC system. Tried to open window to freshen up the room, but got so many mosquitoes - need to install mosquito mesh on the windows. Obviously mosquito chemicals are not used on the surrounding area. To get a business invoice and check you have to send a official request on the company letterhead. For sure that is extra huslte invented by Aktobe Ibis Hotel accounting. Nowhere else in the world I could've run into this.

I've been here a few times now. English is very well supported. Room and bed are both very good. I love getting the strudel for dessert.

If you are looking for low rates: for Aktobe this is a rather expensive place although cheap from a European perspective. Certainly worth its money though.

Modern hotel in a good location near the shopping mall

Very close to railway line and it can get noisy through the night with the window open, very quiet when the window was closed.
