Everything was just perfect! The hotel is located in a very beautiful nature area, overlooking the lake, mountains and the woods. Very clean, beautifully decorated rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Staff very nice and always ready to answer any question or inquiry. Amazing breakfast buffet with anything for anyone, all tastes great. The sauna and hammam were clean and nice warm temperature. Good size swimming pool. Really good gym with many useful TechnoGym equipment, where it’s possible to have a good workout with lovely view to the beautifully maintained garden. All was just perfect! I travel often, but rarely I have seen standards like these’

The only “negative” point for us was that somerimes there were too many small children in the pool/hammam/sauna, they were veey loud, so the relaxation turned into overstimulation. But this is not the hotel’s fault, but the parents should look better after and correct their children. But mostly later in the evening it became more quiet, so we could enjoy some quiet time.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The complex is new, with an excellent breakfast. Service in the lobby bar and the restaurant on the second floor (Shanyrak) leaves much to be desired, but this is a minor disadvantage during our 3-day stay. We also really liked the TAU restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent (big thanks to Zhanna and Danil (I hope I remember correctly)). The territory is very beautiful, with many options for outdoor and indoor activities. I would like to express special gratitude to Radik. He made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Thank you for your professionalism and client orientation. It’s very nice that there are people in the staff of such large complexes, who genuinely care about your comfortable stay. I will gladly return to this complex. Definitely recommend!!

The location in the middle of the forest is simply stunning. Outdoor and indoor pools were quite good to swim with kids. The children swam with pleasure. I also like the breakfast, a varied selection of food.

The bathroom, poor selection of bathroom accessories. The floor was quite cold to stay there without slippers. The entrance door to the room had no closer and did not close well, I had to slam the door hard, disturbing the neighbors around and my family. Beach towels were not available. When I have asked where I can find towels, the personnel pointed me to take it from the outdoor swimming pool. I was surprised that I need to walk back and take from there and come back to the beach again. It will be better to have access to the towels in beach area. A car parked on the hotel grounds was scratched, when I asked to check the surveillance cameras I received a response that the cameras would be reviewed and I would be informed later. So far, I never received any calls or updates.

The room was spacious with an amazing view of the lake. Also,the spa area is great with big swimming pools for adults as well as kids, saunas.

During our stay we haven't had electricity in a room three times. Once it is understandable,but three times requires attention from the staff. After the second time it took at least an hour to turn it back on and knowing that something is wrong with electricity the staff could have offered another room that doesn't have this issue. Especially because the hotel was fairly empty.

Breakfasts were amazing! Location is perfect.

There was no hygienic shower in my room, I used bottles, lol. Fin and Russian saunas were not working when I visited the Spa, only hammam. At 9pm kids pool was not warm, my kids did not have a willing to visit it next day. Maybe that’s my fault to visit pool too late, but official working hours are up to 11pm.

Clean and comfortable, good food. Nice staff, child-friendly. A lot of activities for kids. Free bicycle rent for the first hour. Spacious room. Superb view.

Crowded at check-in time, but the hotel compensated us with free 1-hour late check-out

We’ve spent 4 brilliant days on holidays by choosing this property. I found this hotel applicable to its price, property is offering wide meal variety on breakfast, room was cleaned every day, hotel located near to the lake’s coastline. Strongly I do recommend this Hotel and you do not regret.

On my sight all shower goods offered by property are not matching with hight rank of this hotel, they should have be little pricey. Please get this thought as a suggestion to the hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Personnel was very attentive and helpful in every part of the hotel. They made our stay memorable. We really liked our room in additional building with close access to outdoor pool. Also indoor pool was very comfortable and big.

Some trips are made exceptional by the support of the Hotel , with guest relationship manager like Ms. Violetta and her team of 2 other reception lady colleagues, i along with my family felt at home , despite language barrier we received warm reception and could see eagerness to listen and support the guests My trip was not planned in advance, but still it completed with good memories Thank you Wyndham Burabay

New Hotel with good location and facilities. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and food generally. Nice territory around and SPA.

Poor wifi in the room. Weak isolation with the adjacent room mainly due to common door between rooms, so I heard all talks of the a neighbour.
