I have stand here many times during last 10 years. In previous years there was worked very beautiful girls and handsome guys. Hotel has good location and very clean and comfortable. Thanks to all the staff.

The parking works chaotic! Absolutely disorder as from guests side, as from responsible staff. It is need to take the strong order in the parking as well as Altyn Topchan Restaurant parking - the people in car doesn’t respect pedestrians and blocking all the entrances including main gates.

Very good location for families with smaller children, amusement park for children on the opposite side of the road. Right next door is located Marlen a patisserie with great option there is also a shashlyk place next door though we did not try that. The Shymkent plaza is in walking distance 15-20 mins. The ladies at the reception were very kind and polite the gentleman can learn some of it yet. The cleaning lady was very nice, always asking us on the corridor what we need. In overall a great experience for great value.

The gentleman at the reception should be more customer friendly. They provide only one key card so you need to go everywhere together or someone has to stay in the room.

The room was large and very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Breakfast had lots of choices, however many things were of poor quality or missing. Breakfast cereals were only cornflakes with sugar and some others with chocolate. There was no heathy option such as oats, other grains or cereals, nuts, etc. Fruits were not good either. I also understand KZ is a country in which tea is preferred for breakfast, but coffee was missing. One day there was a coffee machine making not the best filtered coffee, but the next day it was broken. Instant coffee was available instead. Who wants to get instant coffee and sugary processed food in a 4 stars hotel? Cooked food for breakfast is another local version of breakfast, but I think instead of having 20 sorts of cakes and biscuits it would be better to have less and better options.

The bed were very nice and comfortable, the staff was very helpful (especially the manager who was speaking english) - Zhakhongir who was very helpful and kind. The location was very comfortable also.

The only thing that was not good was the breakfast... We stayed 4 days in total, but after the first morning we didn't bother going again even if it was included. It would also help if more staff were speaking english, even thought they were very polite and kind.

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of town. For the price I cannot fault it at all and after spending 3 weeks on travelling the Silk Road it was a pleasure to stay here. Clean modern rooms with air con, a lovely bathroom and all modern amenities. Breakfast was more than acceptable if a little different to what I am used to but there was plenty so no complaints from me

The hotel situated in the middle of the city. Easy access from the airport and within the city, even by walking. Next to it, there are restaurants both of the left and right sides. Delicious dishes, recommend to try them. The receptionist able to communicate with good English, if there is a misunderstanding use Google translate and you are covered. In the hotel the WiFi is excellent. If you are from Europe, like myself, prepare good phone provider like Vodafone and you can use your mobile data also. At least, I have used Vodafone with subscription data. Roaming was not a problem.

In the air, constant smoke,means the air pollution is high. But this is from the cars, not from the hotel.

Everything was good and nice, room, housekeeping, and other services. Thanks to Ms. Oktyabrina at Reception and other Team Members. Great Location and near to everything. The restaurant next to the Hotel is great to taste - Turkish, Uzbek & Kazakh Foods...(Good Prices).

Short slices of bread for Breakfast every day are hard and feel like not fresh (I know it is cold in Shymkent but there are many other ways to keep soft and fresh). Cookies/Biscuits/Pastries - Hard and not fresh.

The hotel is located in a great location to explore the city. The staff is also super friendly and accomodating. One really gets what is needed. The rooms are spacious and clean. They even have small balconies, that we didn't use as they were not really nice to sit on, given that there is a busy road outside. But perfect for smokers. We also were just tranziting Shymkent and didnt knew much about it, the ladies from the tourist office were helpful and arranged us with a guide who gave us a great tour around the city.

Breakfast. Probably is just us but we were not really fond of the food, everything was too tasteless and without any flavour. The only thing that we tasted was sugar. The balconies could be a bit cleaner so one can use.

We felt a bit misled by the hotel - the site makes it look like the pool is connected to the hotel. It isn’t - they’re private businesses. The breakfast was also very disappointing - too difficult to get a coffee & poor choice.

The Hotel is at Excellent location with all facilities in walking distance including Indian restaurants , shopping mall , walking street , currency exchange etc. The Hotel is very big and spacious and staff is very courteous.

Only 2 issue : The bathroom size is very small with bad toiletries and air conditioner take time for cooling
