Cleaning staff picked up our own towels and they were not found. Staff at the reception knows well how to demand payment for any loss (my child broke a plate at the breakfast), but is quite when it comes to responsibility.

The Spa area was great! The pool was quite big and had enough space to accommodate a lot of guests (be ready to expect a lot of kids 😄). The gym was well equipped and had enough machines and weights for most exercises. The sauna and steam rooms are great and there's even a cold bucket room to help cool down from the hot rooms. The breakfast experience was very good! There was a good selection of breakfast items to satisfy everyone. Both savoury and sweet. The staff was very kind and easy to talk to. The in-room dining menu is very extensive and affordable. Please do order the Marguerita Pizza and you'll thank me later!

The breakfast lacked options to season salads with (mainly olive oil and vinegar). The shower water leaked out of the shower making the floor quite wet. The bedroom view was... not great. It came up as a shock as our floor was at the same level as the air conditioning systems of the hotel, meaning all of the air coming from them was sent directly to the room. For the same reason we couldn't open the window and access the balcony. This was also not told to us in advance by the staff or warned of the limitations of the room.

We had a very comfortable experience and felt truly relaxed as a family. The reception team was very attentive and helpful. The rooms offered an excellent environment for rest — the design, furniture, and overall layout were of a high standard. The breakfast was also rich and plentiful with a full open buffet.

There was nothing we didn’t like, but just a small detail: in the large bathroom, there’s a gap between the shower door and the floor marble, which causes some water to leak outside. Let’s just say it’s a little “evil eye bead” left behind. 😊

The hotel is exceptional . All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .

Everything was perfect. The rooms IS so spacious and comfortable. The spa and thé fitness room are excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very professional and helps you to make your stay the best possible. We really want to come back here.

New and clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

you'll need a car to go into city centre (or walk a long way) - but taxi's are plentiful
