The hotel is located in a nice and quiet part of the town, room/bed were with a good size, good view to the pool. Personnel were extremely polite and friendly (Please send my kind regards to Jackson and Kenneth! I believe the first one already became a daddy. :)). I have a lot of friends in Eldoret and will be coming back again many times in future. I believe this will be the only place I'd stay in. Kudos guys!

No idea if there was some temporary issue with the Internet while I stayed in the hotel, but it was slow! It appears they made a lot of efforts to improve the Internet connectivity in the facilities, because there are several WiFi access points. For instance, you can use "WiFi_1" in the restaurant, but in the rooms "WiFi_2" is better. And still... it was slow. :) Also, service in the restaurant can be a bit faster.

I loved the place and the food. The staff friendliness is beyond explanation. I am surely recommending it for people that want to relax. Free facilities like Sauna Jacuzzi and gym were a bonus.

Rooms are very hot. The air conditioner is required, though we were given a fan to cool off. Overall, I have no complaints whatsoever.

The room and facilities were superb. I would say it was absolute value for money. Additional services such as airport transfer were efficient, and I look forward to staying at the premises again soon.

Service during meal times at the restaurant was very slow, I trust they will improve on this soon.

The architecture is beautiful everywhere you look. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

The difference between deluxe and superior (with and without AC) should be made clearer in the ads.

1. Location

My wife and I had a cold shower in the evening of checking day. We had to repeatedly request staff to find out why water was cold. We later learnt that the water was cold because a technician had “switched off the heater” earlier than usual (whatever that meant). Level of neatness and ambience has slightly dropped from previous years’ levels.

The location was great for my purposes, near the neighborhood I was there to visit

It was a bit strange that there was a VERY loud wedding happening right outside my window, starting around 6 am on a Sunday..

The toiletries, shampoo and shower gel, are embarrassing for a hotel of this range. Bottles with lower standard products and a sticker with "shampoo" written on it. Service was also below standards, food took an hour to reach and you need to get up and look for waiters if you need anything.

I love the nature around the hotel. The staff is 100% friendly and helpful. If you are an athlete, the fitness room is also recommended. I liked everything. I have been to this hotel so many times.

Food is great, gym is great, pool is great, spa is great, architecture is phenomenal, staff is great.

The rooms are great, although when booking you must be careful as not all rooms have AC.

Friendly and helpful staff is a 9. Common facilities have had much effort and expense put into them and are an 8. The rooms themselves are a 7 and underwhelming compared to the common areas. An overall higher quality hotel for the area but can be pricey. Food was very good overall and a decent value. Hot breakfast buffet at 1500 kes a good value if hungry. Good gym included with steam, sauna, and hot tub. Good security and in room safes.

The beds could be more comfortable. There are some minor finish and maintenance issues in the rooms. Be aware clothes cleaning service is extremely high priced.
