The breakfast was excellent – a wide variety of fresh options to choose from, including both local and international dishes. Everything was well presented, and the quality was consistent each morning. A great way to start the day! Location: The location was perfect – centrally situated with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It made getting around incredibly convenient, and the area felt safe and welcoming.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. My stay was truly enjoyable from start to finish.

The customer service was absolutely great and the attentiveness that we needed was delivered with professionalism and with courteousness.

The only thing I didn't like was there was only ONE outlet to use for plugging in our cell phones. We could not plug in the refrigerator and our cell phones at the same time because there was only one wall plug in. We had to get someone from the front desk to bring an adapter and move the refrigerator closer to the end of the bed so we could plug the refrigerator and our cell phones in at the same time. The wall unit plug in was located on the nightstand beside the bed and not in the wall.

Location location location. We were headed for West Pokot so this was perfect.

The pool was dirty. No lifts or wheelchair accessibility.

Aturkan is a great place ,the staff makes it so beautiful to stay very helpful .We stayed here for a week ,the property is situated in a very strategic place just next to town .This hotel seems to be among the top hotels in Kitale however the management has neglected simple things like showers ,sockets in the room ,the sinks .I mean these simple things plays such an important role .Cmon we even had to upgrade our room since the first room was stuffy and small we upgraded to an executive room which was big in size well but the sink was faulty ,the shower,the socket was literally hanging outside .Considering the amount one pays these simple things shouldn’t be a problem .I couldn’t believe it an open socket in such a hotel moreso in an executive room ? .We couldn’t use the swim pool bcs it’s constantly cloudy the water seems to be dirty.Also since we were there over the week seemed like they didn’t care much about our breakfast so we didn’t have a lot to choose from.

I didn’t like how bad the room facilities were, how can there be an open socket next to the bed,this is risky.The faulty sink the shower?Do something!
