Everything was fantastic! The personel, the marabou storchs and The spa wit great massage and pedicure! Food was also good. I also enjoyed the ostrichs who walked around.

The spa was just finished, two weeks ago so smelled a little bit paint while getting the massage.. will ofcourse disapear. I would have prefered an extralock at the doors, the place feelt safe but I prefer that.

Exceptional service. Lydia the general manager and her 120 staff members are delivering an outstanding service. The premise is very well located near Lake Bogoria and Lake Baringo. Large pool and a Spa area to relax. This resort is a must to stay and I highly recommend it.

The ambiance and the place are quite nice. All the staff members are there to help, and some of them share stories about the area and the region. The food is delicious and there are a lot of places to go around and see animals and landscapes.

The WiFi was not great in the room, so I had to use my phone.

Bugs: on the second night eating dinner in the open area was a nightmare. Bugs flying all over. Some even made their way to the food section. Not good enough. This did not happen on the first night. Bugs had invaded the room that evening when we got back from dinner. Luckily we had some bug spray which we promptly used. No less than 15 insects killed. Not sure if this is peculiar to room 34 but it needs to be looked into. They come in through the door crevices. "Warm" Pool: Not warm enough. Slimy on the pool floor. Hot Springs: Not easily accessible with a regular car. Rocky and difficult to manoeuvre the terrain. This should be indicated so guests come prepared because this is one of the main reasons why guests come.

Conveniently situated for Lake Bogoria, though without a view of the lake. The food was consistently good, and enjoyed the open air aspect of the restaurant. I also appreciated the staff finding me an upstairs room with a better view than the rather gloomy downstairs room I was originally offered. I particularly enjoyed the extensive grounds and high number of birds on site, including resident ostriches. A highlight was taking a bird walk with an extremely well-informed bird guide (Henry) around the grounds and across the road in the swamp. We saw many different varieties of birds and Henry was excellent at spotting them/telling me interesting information about their habits. Suggest you promote this activity on your website.

Would have been better if someone had advised me to go to Lake Bogoria early morning or late afternoon to avoid the extreme heat. Would also have been good to have had advanced warning of the high park entry fee for non-residents ($50). I would have preferred no TV noise in the restaurant and no loud music during what was otherwise a lovely experience of eating by the spa pool one evening.

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The staff who was MC over Easter did a good job to keep everyone engaged/entertained during dinner every night, even the children. Food and drinks were fairly priced. Salads were really good. Wide buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. Did not have lunch during stay so I don't know how it is. The warm fresh water pool was nice to swim at night and was open till 10pm. Perhaps consider chlorinating it. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean and quiet Electricity generator was a plus because power can be quite unstable. The road leading to the hotel from the main road was good.

The fridge in the room was not working. Bathroom sink was leaking. Drinking water in the room was not replenished after the first night. There was tea, coffee and sugar in the room but no kettle. This didn't make sense. The TV was also not working - no stations available and internet was not connecting. We had to cast from our phones if we wanted to watch TV Internet connection wasn't that great but this is understandable due to the location. No iron or safe in the room.
