The hotel is nice and well located, the breakfast is good, but the internet is so bad end slowly.

I had a terrible experience with a waiter at the hotel restaurant on Sunday night, July 13th. He was very rude and unnecessarily impolite to me, just because I asked for a disposable cup. I reported the incident to staff at reception dash.

Well prepared staff, very polite and attentive. Hotel procedures are simple and quickly done. Breakfast with high quality foods and infinite options. Everything tastes perfect! Rooms are tidy and clean, with no smells. Location is at walking distance to many nice restaurants, malls, hospitals and the historic center.

Only one card emitted to access a double room. Located at very busy street. Rooms are very noisy during daylight but not so much at night.

Confortable bed, clean and big room, good shower, close to Vila Germânica / Oktober like 10min Uber or 30 walking, good breakfast
