Very clean and modern. Many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We told the checkin staff that we were celebrating our anniversary. They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

No bathtub

The Best Western Ferrat is a Great place to be. Close to the important locations of Avenida Alemania is cozy… friendly and of a great value. The Cherry on the Cake is made by Paula at the reception today. Attentive a Super Customer Oriented. Above and Beyond!

Breakfast has some little room for improvement. The last bell should allow Customers to do a final round without rush…

Great location nearby the mall. Staff is great! Kudos to Constance, Jose , Francisco and Ignacio at the reception as they know how to value Customers. Special mention to Jean, Laura, Natalia and Carolina at the restaurant as they create a great place where to enjoy a meal.

Internet has room for improvement

Good service, very flexible and the manager and front desk were excellent and friendly. I will recommend this hotel for a visit or work in Temuco. Parking was convenient a location close to restaurants and to the Temuco's mall.

Like many Chilean's hotels, they use Transbank service for foreign credit cards, which makes an extra charge of 2.4%. I think this charge is a robbery from Transbank and with no transparency. Please change the credit card service to another that does not make these gratuitous charges, which hurts the Tourism Industry in Chile.

Really helpful staff even when we had a problem after we had checked out. Lovely big room and emaculate big bathroom.

Like most hotels of this type, the hotel restaurant didn't compare with other local restaurants. Having said that, it was fine. The WiFi was a bit inconsistent around the building.

The hotel room have a comfortable room with a TV that allows to connect a device as a Roku or Chromecast (not all the hotels allows this item).

A bit noisy on the side facing the casino. Location is deep in downtown Temuco, not near attractions other than the casino.

modern hotel in s safe neighbourhood, close to the casino and many restaurants within walking distance. Good beds, pillows. Modern lifts and bathroom. Good breakfast with real coffe, eggs and variety of bread and fresh fruit.

The service was just awesome. Extremely kind people and always trying to help. The hotel is comfy and well located. It has parking and didn´t have any issues with it, easy to access. I recommend the hotel.
